The Direct Top Up offered by Walmart for AT%26T prepaid plans makes everything easier for my husband and I! The amount gets loaded onto the prepaid account right away! This is so much better than their previous method.

something happened to the amount
i ordered this card for my husband and it topped up the phone fine but when he called at%26t said his phone plan was $50...... that was not ok im honestly very upset i paid $69.08 for him to be topped up with only $50? when he called at%26t that's what the auto robot voice said before speaking to customer service

I ordered this car online with my digital card. Unbeknownst to me,and after I purchased this phone card it tells me that it's going to take 10 business days to get the phone card info. I can go to the store and buy one myself before all that. Is like my money back asap.

I've had a few prepared phone/ networks and my experience att is one of the worst companies that I have dealt with.. their coverage was awful customer service and you got no gigabytes for what you spent

been almost 2 months still charged 75.00, HAVE NOT RECIEVED NO HELP FROM 10 ASSOCIATES. TELL ME CALL MY BANK. THEY WONT REFUND OR CREDIT, ZERO HELP. MIDDLE EAST SUPPORT CENTER GREAT

I had to return that phone that I loaded the $65 to therefore I couldn't add it to the new phone. My fault. They said it was non refundable but I think you should be able to get your money back.
