I also ordered the CSRD for my $76 plan to use for the NEW PHONE. I have found out that the card is to be digitally sent to my email address, on the hijacked phone! So be aware that when you order stright yalk card even from your local store it is sent to you digitally.

I just became a straight talk. Member and I have had problems with my applications of adding time since day one. Only been a member for a month, and I did my first Activation in the store with a new iPhone. I did not get all my perks with the $65 plan that is advertised. This is my second month and I purchased the card through M Walmart application, and it was a smooth transition. It did put it straight on my account using my phone number only within seconds so that right there was a easy thing but this $65 plan is going through change is dealing with no phone coverage, which was the reason why I started off with the plan and to begin with and already I was not able to utilize it, but because of the unlimited everything I'm going, I kept it so it could be no slowness in receiving Texas or giving calls and what not because of the high grade of a phone that I have it was convenient and it was easy to use to get pay for my phone but straight talk has a lot of issues they need to fix dealing with the $65 unlimited plan and they need to take all the ones that says phone coverage off the shelf cause that is a lot cause I have a text saying that it will not be running that phone covers by May 6, 2026, but the Activation was convenient. And I did not get to even use my Walmart plus the first month that I signed up. They don't tell you that with this car you have to wait for your second time of putting money on your car for your Walmart plus to be free for the account, which I think is another bad thing for someone's paying $65 I think that part is false advertisement.

I haven't received them yet. If you sent them then you are going to have to wait and call me then wait until I can get someone to bring me to the door, or you actually come in and bring it to me. Option 2 would be best for me. Now I'm concerned about the jewelry too that's coming.

I ordered a $65 straight talk card off the Walmart app. with the e-pin option. Upon receiving the e-pin number, I called Straight Talk and went through the prompts four times which cut me off before I could finish putting in my number. I was directed to an associate which had me to give her the e-pin number. Upon doing so, she tells me that the e-pin I have given her is for a $35 card not a $65. She informs me to go to the electronics department at any Walmart and they would assist me. I went to a Walmart 15 miles from my house to be told my a Walmart employee that I would have to contact Walmart on line, but never offered a phone number or anything to help me contact anyone. My phone runs out this evening and I'm thinking of trying someone else.

I placed the order and requested for it to go directly to the phone and I never received the mins for the $65 dollar mins that I purchased. I tried to contact customer service online and got nothing but the run arounds and now I am out $68.90 for mins that I never received.

I didnt have the best experience with this minute card. i dont know if its walmart or straight talk but i have been on the phone for HOURS trying to fix my phone because i am not able to call or text or receive them. its a bit frustrating because its never happened before!!

I dislike the fact that I paid for a service card 6 days ago and it's still not loaded to my phone.I've talked to customer service everyday and still no help and I have my receipt and everyone still act like they can't load the service card to my phone.I will make sure I let everyone I can know about this problem and show them why they shouldn't order a service card because this will happen and no one will help you.I have all my facts and receipts for me to do so .

Last week, I bought an airtime %26 data card (@ a jacked up price) to be added to my StraightTalk phone with auto load option on Walmart app, the same way I have done for months. The debit cleared my bank the same day, yet my digital “delivery is pending.” There isn't a company anywhere that has an automated service that can register my voice cause God's got jokes %26 Im his favorite punch-line. So I cant get to speak with an actual a person on anyone's service lines. Plus because of 2FA i cant get into either account to chat with or email them for assistance, cause as you probably figured my phone number on those accounts isn't working because… (start at beginning %26 repeat until comprehension is achieved.

normally I pick it up in store myself, I ordered it on line almost 3 weeks ago and they are supposed to email you the numbers. I have still not received the numbers and I bought 2 so that's $130 that is waisted because I can't use it without the numbers on the back
