Tracfone $15 Smartphone Unlimited Talk & Text 30-Day Prepaid Plan (1 GB at high speed) Direct Top Up

I needed a cheap phone and I was dreading having to load the minutes and start the new account and all that because it's usually a pia for some reason but not with this company it was super easy and only took a couple of minutes and I was good to go.

When ordering Tracfone add on minutes, ordering a card to Top off my phone monthly, this is the fastest and easiest way to do it; Within just a few minutes, you are all set and all I have to do is let my fingers do the walking. There is no easier way to top off my phone. Walmart is the way to go!

I normally reload my phone time online at Tracfone's site but wanted to use gift card money I had acquired. It was very easy and fast to complete which was nice but for some reason the cost to buy online at Walmart site is $4 more than on the tracfone site for the same plan.

E pin top up! This is the 1st time using! Had to use because automatic top up said "out of stock" I do not understand how electronic submitting could be out of stock?????. The order was easy, in minutes i received an email with pin %23. Now this is where it gets a little aggrivating to me, after those steps you now have to go through all the steps at tracfone to apply pin. All in all it worked just fine, but it takes a lot more time! I do highly recommend the automatic top up before using the e-pin. It is simple! Place order! Minutes later, you get an email and txt saying successful! I hope the issue auto top up is resolved quickly

I bought the card 10 days ago and I'm getting a message stating my time is running out to hurry and purchase more air time. I should still have 20 more days left of air time according to the card I purchased. I understand a reminder text but 10 days after I purchased it is way to soon to send a reminder

The text and talk is fine. They should sell it as that. The 1G lasted less than one day trying to update my new phone. So did last month's card. I can't get my phone updated because they don't give you enough data to do that, not even with two cards. I don't recommend this card for anyone who doesn't have internet access already.

i do this every month, this time traxphone say the pin is not been scan. say Walmart did something wrong. so no phone service or money back. some one should take care of this

Horrible product i wasted money on this it was a bring your own phone sim and monthly plan i called cx service 8x to be told it wont work and visit a store to get set up did all steps i was told and nothing worked. Missing them good ol days where you could just put the sim in the phone and activate all at one step

Put in my number ordered direct top up option, waited it never came on my account, contacted customer service still nothing. Would not recommend the direct top up option just get a code sent to your email, or go in store and buy a physical card, or you might just waste seventeen dollars and never receive service.

They would not answer my questions and kept trying to sell me more airtime. I basicly needed unlimited data and wondered if I could save money. They charged me twice; once $15.00 and I had phone and text service, then $30.00 and no phone and text service. I could NOT call them to complain. I am trying to get my refund now. I had to buy a new phone. I was told I have probably lost my money.
