it is a very well-built phone for the amount of money I love TracFone better than any company and I've been having it a couple years I always buy TracFones and this one is unique my neighbor likes it better than a smartphone and I purchased it for him because I want him to stick with TracFone okay so I I get it for someone that needs a phone cuz it's well worth it beautiful phone

I REQUIRED AN EMERGENCY PHONE when I broke mine. I had no other means to communicate on a holiday weekend, other than my Tablet. I placed an order with Wal-Mart Delivery for this $19.99 Flip Phone. It was FREE DELIVERY, BUT I paid $10 for EXPEDITED DELIVERY and received my Replacement in just short of 1 Hour!

GREAT little phone! Can't be beat for the price, and has many more features than one might expect in a flip phone. We didn't want a iPhone for our 9-yr old but wanted a way for her to make calls if needs arise. This Tracphone offering was a bargain and we may buy a second one as a "house line".

This is my fourth attempt to buy an acceptable flip-phone. The first, an LG phone, was great, except the membrane keypad started to come apart after a couple of years. Tracfone stopped offering it, so I tried a Nokia, and then TCL, and now BLU. The problem (for me) is that Nokia, TCL, and BLU flip phones all seem to use the same basic KaiOS operating system, which is slow, non-intuitive, and lacks obvious features (such as key click). I really miss my LG and have tried repeatedly to find a flip phone that I like as much.

Item was not scanned before leaving store so i was unable to activate. Item delivered bc i lack transportation. Associate informed me that i have to physically walk into store to have item barcode scanned. Id rather return item and use refund to order nother phone

"I purchased a phone, it was delivered. I tried to activate it but the phone company said they could not because Walmart had not scanned it correctly. I drove to Walmart (Overland Road, Boise) and customer service told me to go the electronics desk. I did so and the assistant said there ignoring me for ten minutes playing with his phone. When I spoke up he got annoyed and told me he was in a meeting. When I explained my issue he said there was nothing I could do, its ""not our problem"""

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE FROM WALMART! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I bought this phone for my kid while traveling and thought it should be a simple activation. Followed TRACFONE's instructions online to active and received an error message that the phone had an "invalid status". With no success activating online I was forced to call the 1-800 tracfone number, only to be placed on hold for an hour with no support. Had to hang up due to my time constraint. As a last resort I attempted the online virtual assistant agent on their website only to have the online agent say "email our phone tech support and open a ticket. It usually takes up to 48 hours for them to resolve". She advised this issue happen with Walmart OFTEN WHERE THEY NOT PROPERLY SCAN THE PHONE when purchased online. I did not expect for the phone activation for a seemingly simply prepaid phone to take 3 days, so I was unable to give the phone to my kid. THIS PHONE IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT BUY! SAVE YOURSELF!

DO NOT BUY THIS ONLINE! You will not be able to activate it nor will Tracphone! It has to be scanned at a register and is something they are not doing when they ship it. I talked to Tracphone customer service, they said this is a common problem with buying it online from Walmart. The only way to get it to activate is to go into a store and have them scan it. Waste of time since you're buying it online for a reason.

Do not order. The box needs to be scanned at register before it can be activated. i took to my local Walmart and they wouldn't scan it because it wasnt bought there. then i still had to take it back there to return it. i ordered online to avoid the store and now had to make 2 trips and got absolutely nothing.

You screwed me. I was on the phone with trac phone for 2 hours to transfer phone number and your stupid employee didn't scan the phone so there was no record of the sim number. So I have to come back with the frickin phone for it to be scanned. Thank you very little.
