Tracfone $19.99 Basic Phone 60 minutes 90-Day Prepaid Plan e-PIN Top Up (Email Delivery)

I purchased (online) this card because time ran out on my phone. When I tried to load the new minutes, I got error messages, finally having to call Tracfone's customer service. They told me the pin number was invalid and to contact Walmart to either get a refund or have Walmart run the pin number thru. Walmart tells me, in so many words, that once the email is sent, it's out of their hands. So I'm screwed out of $22. I don't like ordering this kind of item online, but the physical cards are never stocked.

I ordered this card for my trafone,when I tried to apply to my phone it kept saying an error so I called Trafford and they said it was because they didn't sell those cards anymore. Wal-Mart isn't supposed to be selling them anymore but they still are ,it was up to me to get money back for the card there are no refunds for those cards, so I get to eat a 22.00 loss. I'm so done with tracfone!!!!!!!

I have been ordering these for years now, and this last one gives an error message. SO I contacted TracFone, and they said they also got an error message. Almost 2 hours later and still not resolved. Something is going wrong on TracFone's end, and they're not fixing the problem.

I loved how you could buy it enter the phone number and then it shows up on your phone and I have used it many times in the past but this time it did not work right I got the minutes the text and the data but the monthly service time I did not get I had to call the company and they put on 1 month instead of 90 days they only put on 30 days so I called again today and they put on 1 more month so that is 6 days not the 90 days that I paid for and I do not recommend IT. IT was an ordeal dealing with tracfone

First the "Direct Top Up" option claimed the phone numbers were invalid, even though they were. So when I went with the E-Pin option, Walmart sent me 2 invalid pin numbers that wouldn't work! I had to go through ALOT by calling Tracfone to get the time I paid for!

scam refill. tf cut my service after 30 days. i called in and they reactivated for only another 30 days, so i called in again and they keep saying its a 30 day plan or something. they try to feed you nonsense so they will not give you a service end date after 90 days. disreputable company now bc i purchased before and never had this problem until this last refill. false advertising and horrible customer service. prob better to find another carrier than deal with these fools.

Bought this card for years. Yesterday bought one and didn't work. A Tracfone rep said the card was not used with service any longer. Sad. After hassle trying to get help with this , 1 call to tracfone and 2 calls to walmart, I gave up for a while. Called tracfone again later and a rep was able to give me 30 day service. Was needing the 90 days. At least I got something. Not buying this again.

Apparently these refill cards are no longer accepted by Tracfone. Error pop-up's occur after purchasing the cards with messages to contact TF customer service. THEN you're stuck on the phone for 45 minutes attempting to get your contracted 3 month service —which won't happen. You only get 30 days before having to go thru this pain again. I asked for my %23transfer PIN %26 switched to Mint. You were wonderful for years, TracFone —but not any more.

I paid $19.99 for my Tracfone 60 minute epin top up and it WOULD NOT CREDIT MY TRACFONE which is active. I thought it was delayed but that was on April 10,2026! Right now this looks like a scam as there is NO WAY TO TRACK THE SELLER THTU THE WALMART SERVICES. YOU WALMART: YOU NEED TO STOP SELLING THIS IF YOU CSNT CONTROL IT,. YOU YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT WAS essentially "TOUGH!" Don't buy this service at WALMART or any other 3rd party source. You won't even get kissed!

I bought this E'card and then found out Tracfone wasn't accepting them anymore! I even tried calling Tracfone's costumer service and they were no help, even after 12 years of loyal service. Of course I heard NOTHING from Tracfone before this. Tracfone customers may want to consider switching to another provider.
