Tracfone Bring Your Own Phone Dual Mini SIM No Airtime - Prepaid Smartphone

The reason why I gave it a few less stars because usually these SIM cards are free or a dollar but they had it in stock and for just a few extra dollars it was worth it comes with two separate SIM cards in case you have a specific devices so that's cool. it's what I needed I'm glad they had it.

After buying it and you go to activate make sure your putting the right SIM card in. The person I talked to first had me put the wrong one in and I had to purchase another one. Not the SIM kits fault. After right one was in I've had no problem at all with my phone.

I love this service, so much cheaper than Verizon AND uses their network. I don't get why people choose to pay $200 month phone bills for not much more than I get for $30..

This is the second time I have bought one of these SIM cards. They are super cheap and really easy to use. The pack contains both a type a SIM card and a type BSIM card. Twice now, I have been given old iPhones by family members. It is super easy to transfer my TracFone contract from my old phone to the new one with one of these SIM cards.

I got stupid and strayed. Another cellular service provider claimed to be able to save me money. So being frugal I jumped and said ok. What a mistake. I had dropped calls, I had people telling me they called and left voice messages. I did try to stick with them for a few months. But I missed one too many very important phone calls. So I contacted Tracfone online. Please can i come back?? Yes of course We would be happy to have you Back with us. But Get this that other company, sent this guy to my home to help me get set up my account. He removed the sim card from my phone. I could not get Back with Tracfone until I had a brand new Sim Card. Yes Walmart came to my rescue. I got online and ordered a Sim Card and it was at my house that afternoon along with a yummy Pizza and a 12 pack of sprite . And I was back with Tracfone that same day. I have not missed one phone call, I have not had one single dropped call. The sim card was very easy to install and Tracfone assisted me setting everything up. And Ok you cannot beat the price with Walmart. Thank you Walmart for coming to my rescue Again ! and thank you for my delicious Market Place Pizza.

The kits provides 2 SIM cards but does not provide information on which card to use in which phone. I had to call TracFone to get clarification on which one to use in my phone. There shoe be clear directions as to where this information can be found, like a website, so buyers would not have to call.

There are 2 micro SIM cards inside. One is for Verizon (card A), and the other is for AT%26T (card B). They are not marked as to which cellular network they will work. Called tech support at cellular provider who told me which card to insert into the phone.

Does not work !! This is what the TracFone people said I needed in order to reactive a tracfone. Now they tell me it is invalid and it does not work and they do not recognize the codes or anything. Then they want to sell me another one which is exactly like this one. Then of course it seems what they really want is to sell you a new phone instead. Waste of time and money.

Their website and chat would not work to activate my service. I messed around with Tracfone website on my phone and then on my laptop for over an hour but kept getting error messages. Chat would not work either. I don't have another phone to call them so I'm out $5. Do not recommend. I went with Mint Mobile while I waited for the chat support and was done in 2 minutes. The app set my phone up for me with ZERO issues. $45 for 3 months. I hope it works well. 😀

No customer service. I wasted an hour and a half contacting them four times waiting on hold 40 minutes about each time. They repeatedly ask you for the same information that you entered three times before. It takes them about 5 minutes in between each text chat for them to respond which they must have something better to do. "it should be working" they say...
