Tracfone Bring Your Own Phone Dual Mini SIM No Airtime - Prepaid Smartphone

The reason why I gave it a few less stars because usually these SIM cards are free or a dollar but they had it in stock and for just a few extra dollars it was worth it comes with two separate SIM cards in case you have a specific devices so that's cool. it's what I needed I'm glad they had it.

After buying it and you go to activate make sure your putting the right SIM card in. The person I talked to first had me put the wrong one in and I had to purchase another one. Not the SIM kits fault. After right one was in I've had no problem at all with my phone.

I love this service, so much cheaper than Verizon AND uses their network. I don't get why people choose to pay $200 month phone bills for not much more than I get for $30..

I got stupid and strayed. Another cellular service provider claimed to be able to save me money. So being frugal I jumped and said ok. What a mistake. I had dropped calls, I had people telling me they called and left voice messages. I did try to stick with them for a few months. But I missed one too many very important phone calls. So I contacted Tracfone online. Please can i come back?? Yes of course We would be happy to have you Back with us. But Get this that other company, sent this guy to my home to help me get set up my account. He removed the sim card from my phone. I could not get Back with Tracfone until I had a brand new Sim Card. Yes Walmart came to my rescue. I got online and ordered a Sim Card and it was at my house that afternoon along with a yummy Pizza and a 12 pack of sprite . And I was back with Tracfone that same day. I have not missed one phone call, I have not had one single dropped call. The sim card was very easy to install and Tracfone assisted me setting everything up. And Ok you cannot beat the price with Walmart. Thank you Walmart for coming to my rescue Again ! and thank you for my delicious Market Place Pizza.

very confusing to me about the direct top up and the ePin top up...I chose the ePIn and got the email quickly with the pin %23. went to tracfone to add it myself and the process was easy for the first step..then it wouldn't take my pin%23 I received from email. Sooo, I ended up having to call, not chat, the tracfone person, which is all foreigners, to have them do it for me. I think the but way to avoid all of this is to buy the card at a local walmart and scratch off the PIN on the back of the card and enter it in the phone yourself....like was done 20 years ago...but, do they still do that? not sure. I don't like to have to call and talk to a person with a thick accent just to add my mins/texts to my phone. I like to do it myself.

The kits provides 2 SIM cards but does not provide information on which card to use in which phone. I had to call TracFone to get clarification on which one to use in my phone. There shoe be clear directions as to where this information can be found, like a website, so buyers would not have to call.

Tracfone use to include this SIM card with new phone purchases... However, I see that's not the only thing not included nowadays!... There was nothing extra special about this Tracfone SIM card, but I couldn't find it in the store I purchased the Tracfone.... I had no choice but order it online and wait for it to be delivered to my home...

There are 2 micro SIM cards inside. One is for Verizon (card A), and the other is for AT%26T (card B). They are not marked as to which cellular network they will work. Called tech support at cellular provider who told me which card to insert into the phone.

No customer service. I wasted an hour and a half contacting them four times waiting on hold 40 minutes about each time. They repeatedly ask you for the same information that you entered three times before. It takes them about 5 minutes in between each text chat for them to respond which they must have something better to do. "it should be working" they say...

Unfortunately, the online TracFone tech support staff were unable to activate my new iPhone SE with the TracFone SIM card kit that I purchased at Walmart. They finally got the phone activated by initiating an "e-SIM" connection electronically. I plan to return this item to Walmart.
