I went from another Walmart brand service provider to MobileX i was paying the $55 plan and im getting all the same data and speeds but for less then $29 and the other carrier only offers video streaming at 480p but MobileX let's you choose the quality you want from 480 up to 4k on top of that you can change it at no extra cost as many times as you want all within a easy and fast app. the other carrier's app way slower and confusing. 7WJK4W-3MN6E

Check out the rates. You can't beat it. For scheduled data you don't use it rollover to next month so only pay for what you use. Customer service is by email but they are really quick to reply. By phone if necessary but I never needed it. Esim if you have newer phone. Verizon network. Highly recommend checking them out.

I ordered this online couldn't used the E-sims on my phone and received the starter kit within a few days great shipping. Went and followed the instructions on there app. I was able to port my Samsung S21 with ease it took about 10-15 minutes. With the Verizon network it's a winner, just keep in mind 30G of data would work if live with your phone streaming all day. I am saving about 75% from my monthly bill b4 now for two phones. i am really happy with MobileX. I had to port in my number and activation through the app was straightforward. The price and value offer is unbeatable and i look forward to saving $$ with MobileX. With coverage on the Verizon network it can’t go wrong

A though there was an initial activation/port in issue and subsequent billing glitches they were all speedily rectified by the attentive XpertCare support team. Very Happy %26 with the result of having a Verizon network monthly bills in the $5 range (tickets 15024 %26 24495)

Purchased as eSIM will not work with this network as advertised. The network claims to use Verizon's network but it is but nowhere close to the same service as we were coming from Verizon to this provider. Customer service even charged during a free trial period and made claims that it was authorized and confirmed in the app during a time the phone was not even powered on. Only when I threatened to report to FCC and Attorney Generals Office did they decide to refund the unauthorized charges that were well above any unlimited plan they offer. Complete SCAM!

Upon purchase of the Sim card I connected to Wi-Fi downloaded the app and when I tried to create an account by putting my email address and password the same error message keeps coming up so I can't create an account to use the service. I paid $10 for the Sim card Which is on refundable. I contacted Mobile through their emails service as they have no call center. Half the time I kept getting a generic message that was computer generated contact us through the app about related issues. They told me they just updated their app yesterday so I have a $10 Sim card with no service also from what I seen on YouTube, this company is still in the air quotes demo stages, beta stages. Out of the big and their prepaid brands stay with what works.

tried the service on two phones. will not set the correct APN to work and cannot find one that does. I've tried a lot of phone services in my time and this is by far the worst one. customer service is a joke.

After two weeks of back and forth with support and two different MobileX SIM cards, still no service. Signal is great and not roaming yet no voice or data service from the provider. Choose a trusted brand instead.
