Ultra has to be the best mobile phone company. It's related to T-Mobile %26 I was with them for a long time until I was persuaded to try another company. That was a mistake. I am going back to Ultra. So many benefits.

This is a great plan for an inexpensive price. I was excited to use this Ultra Mobile cell phone plan. First off Ultra Mobile is a no contract phone plan, so I can have access to their service for as long or as short as I need it. This phone service is only $19.88 a month for unlimited 3GB of talk, text, and data. I also get free 5G coverage, free mobile hotspot, and free WIFI calling and text. When signing up I had the option of keeping my current number, or getting a new number. I got a new number. The best thing about this service is that I was able to bring my own phone. To bring your own phone the phone must be unlocked. The call quality is great and I can stream Netflix on the phone. The setup was super easy. All I had to do was go to their webpage and choose the sim card that I had. The directions were simple and clear. There’s also an option to check the coverage in your area to see if the service is good for you. The service runs on T-Mobile’s network, which is almost everywhere. I am very pleased with this service.

I use ultra mobile for my “back up” phone. It only costs me twenty dollars a month. Was going to switch my granddaughter to ultra mobile but had trouble trying to switch from straight talk so decided to keep her on straight talk. Otherwise it’s good.

only thing is it was very late! i had cancel and re order and pick it up!

What I ordered was not what I got, as ultra had changed their plans- so I got a package with less gb. When on the phone they said they would fix it- but turns out they didn't. Truth be told everything was weird, tedious, or problematic. After a certain point it got painfully slow and failed files and had other errors- then, I couldn't use it on my PC anymore since they blocked hotspot use. I originally needed something quick, and this seemed a convenient 'good value'- but 'nope'. Never again.

Tried to activate it and they told me that it's out of date that it said at the warehouse too long or something now they won't activate it

It took 12 hours on the phone, no exaggeration to switch my old SIM card with this one. I paid for data, but didn’t get any. I spoke with multiple customer service reps “offshore” including a supervisor and was hung up on by another. I attempted to return the sim. It’s NON refundable. When it was time to switch back to my original phone provider that was another hassle. It’s been three days since that was supposed to be fine. Now I can’t make calls due to a detection of “fraud activity” associated with my number. Zero stars. Save your money and time.
