paid $500, feels like i got a $2000 phone

mainly wanted this phone because of the c excellent camera but its so much more!! i did havecto wait for price to come down some.

It's a pretty great phone, it came in its original packaging from AT%26T and seemed in great condition. However now after using this phone daily for the last 2 months, the reception for some reason seems to be really spotty on the phone, it's been taken to my carrier multiple times and it doesn't appear to be an issue on their side.

This was supposed to be a new unlocked phone. However, the phone freezes frequently and requires rebooting. The speaker vibrates and echoes when using the hands-free feature. I am convinced that this is a refurbished phone being sold as new.

The package seals had been broken and carefully placed back together to try and make it appear as if still intact. The product was missing key and cord from packaging when it arrived. It has a very small scratch on the front. It overheats, and batterry life is not as long as it's supposed to be. I did google, and it says this is common with newer phones and does eventually wind down, which it has. It still bothers me that the company sent me a phone that had been at the least returned, if not reconditioned/refurbished completely. The seller is not reliable, as they clearly list the phones as new. Not recoconditioned/refurbished. However, at least they are not outrageously overcharging at a brand new price. Overall, so far, the phone seems to be working well.

I ordered a NEW phone, which this definitely isn't it. I think you should send me a NEW version of this.

Shortly after purchasing a hairline crack appeared on the front of the phone. I took it in to you break it, I fix it. And when they went to replace it, they told me they could not because it was a refurbished phone, and it did not have samsung parts. I did not purchase a refurbished phone. I purchased a brand new one or so I thought.

This seller is a scam.. I did not get my phone and they charge my card have been calling Walmart to refund my money or give me a replacement till this moment they don't want to pay me back my money.. Don't buy from this seller is a thief

they're only selling used phones.

The phone does not have the factory packaging which was not mentioned in the advertisement when I bought it. I don't like that phone.
