Unlocked Samsung Galaxy A14 5G Cell Phone 64GB 4GB RAM 5000 mAh Black

I have had problems with a lot of phones until I got me a Samsung. this one I got for my grandson...he loves it and I know I don't have to worry about him a phone for a while.

I like it, good camera quality, good performance, easy to use, I like that it's inexpensive, it meets my expectations, I'm happy with it, I'm glad I made the right decision to go for it. it doesn't cost a lot like other expensive phones does with all the bells and whistles

After my purchase I could not get service for the phone as it was an older phone. Walmart would not let me return the phone before the due date. I was given the run around to take it to customer service at the store. The store said i needed to call and schedule a pick up from Fedex for the return. i had no luck and am stuck with this costly purchase that i could not use.

i already need a new phone. even with the case on it. the phone has cracked. @ first only at the top, which was badeable but jus recently it has fallen and now it looks terrible and i jeed a new one. its a shame. i miss my the newèr version, of coursè.

i bought 1 it was fine,everything as it should be so i bought a back up a week later "this phone here". well when i went to open it,no sim card and it's still locked to t-mobile.been getting the run around all morning trying to get it unlocked-i guess its a shot in the dark if it's unlocked as advertised.

This is not a new phone. It was not in the box properly, there were fingerprints on the screen, and it was already set up in a foreign language. After a factory reset it appears to be working, but the seller needs to be clear that this is not a phone straight from the factory.

I thought you got my review but I see that you didn't, that is the worst cell phone ever and it should be off the market you can't get online to erase your personal information and it won't even let you delete your personal information from off the phone without being online, that's the worst cell phone ever and they give you a hard time the company came from to return it and get your money back keep telling you to sign on and take everything off when you can't even sign on to take everything off so I'm stuck with a bum phone.. worse, worse phone ever.. and company

It was sold as new but it is used. I asked the vendor before purchasing Creo Distributions LLC. they replied it is new. Infact is it 2 yeasr used. Here is what Samsunfg replied when i had an issue with thephone failing: Based on the IMEI number that you provided, and the complete model number is SM-A146UZKAXAU that was designed and distributed by T-Mobile. It was showing as the purchase date was mark on 12/09/2023. In this case, we would advise reaching out to Walmart.

Used for less than a week and it dropped almost every call I made that was longer than ten minutes. Called Samsung, they tried but could not fix the problem. Called T Mobile and the first two people I spoke with could not fix the problem, might have had something to do with the fact that my phone kept dropping the calls. The third person I spoke with at T Mobile was on the phone less than five minutes when the call dropped, she called back and told to return the phone because it was no good.

this phone is definitely refurbished. it isnt new. i dont like it. its laggy and frustrating to use compared to my last phone which was a huawei p30 2018. save yourself the hassle and skip this phone.
