i usually add funds through the Verizon add to my prepaid account with credit card and have to pay taxes and fees. Not with this card! Added instantly to my account.

Very Easy Process
I purchased online every month for my Verizon prepaid phone. It only takes minutes to get a pin sent to email. So convenient!

Self explanatory
It's very helpful that you can now get these cards instantly online for download. It's even more convenient that there isn't a sales tax on them. I will be buying my prepaid cards like this online from now on.

Easy
Son was on prepaid and having problems with getting full texts. We have been to the Verizon store and they don't have any answers. He now gets large texts. Easy to refill and don't have to leave house. Got in my email within 20 minutes.

Not what it appears to be
Description says card is good for 90 days (of service?). And you can get 500 talk minutes (over 90 days?). I could not find a phone number for either Walmart or Verizon to get clarification from a human. Their automated system would only let me use it as a $35 dollar addition to my account AT REGULAR RATES..NOT 500 minutes (I GOT THE USUAL 140 MINUTES). If you just want to add dollars to your account this is as good as any other Verizon card I guess.

Major problem with the seller
If you need to pay your Verizon prepaid account, I do NOT recommend this item. I made that mistake and even though it said it had been delivered about 2 minutes after I ordered it, it was not delivered to my email. I never even received the order confirmation email. I also received no sms updates at all, and after double checking that my email and number on file are still the same, I try to go to customer service live chat help, but just get a message saying “Sorry we can’t help you with this over chat.” So now I have to call them and get transferred back and forth between who knows how many different “specialists” that I’m just going to have to repeat everything I just said to the last person over and over again so they can “escalate my case” and still probably never get the order. Guess I’ll just not have service until I get refunded ten business days later. Luckily don’t have to do that because after this mess I went and bought the same exact thing online from a different big retailer, and amazingly IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY EMAIL JUST AS ADVERTISED, THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER.

It was definitely easy to buy this refill for my prepaid verizon phone. But because i bought it on line it was to be put on digitally and hasn't been accepted. So I suggest not buying a digital card on line just buy the physical card

Took TOO Long to get it. Won't buy again.
The minutes card worked fine but took MUCH TOO LONG to get to me. I will buy my minutes cards from other vendors on the Internet. Most of them give you the PIN number immediately.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
I didn't like that I have been buying my top up cards from you for years and tonight you canceled my order. Now you have 70 dollars of mine you want to hold for two weeks. I will no longer be shopping with you ever again.
