I've purchased this model before and I will admit I'm a Samsung guy but I'm satisfied with the Moto g. It's not a race horse but it gets the job done.
it looks good an works very well an looks good in the case i got for it
i use this for everything from Doordashing to online shopping. no problem
I bought this one even though I'm using the unlocked version. Don't understand why the carrier version has half the storage but Motorola makes a great device.
It showed up on time and the package looked good. It's what I expected and it seems to fit my needs well.
It got the job done. If youre looking for a decent phone at a cheap price get one of these. It holds a charge well and the photos are pretty decent and its not full of bloatware. The storage is not great and expanding it isnt what id like but overall it worked for what i needed. one problem i seem to have is pocket dialing or texting im not a fan of the lock button having the finger print sensor on it Im upgrading or replacing again because my kids threw my phone and the screen cracked but it held up for a few months of abuse from them
The speed at which the apps execute. Quick fast and in a hurry.
A really big improvement from the ATT motivate 3, and the ATT Moto G 5G 2022 model I came from. Web pages load fast and smooth. Apps respond nicely. Overall prepaid star review: 4/5 camera as expected from prepaid phones, decent single capture and speed, no night shot mode. 1/5 video recording %26 selfie video quality-grainy and stutter. 4/5 build quality, sturdy weighted edge all the way around. 2/5 live TV watching--stutter, video pauses (hulu live, youtube tv, etc.) 5/5 app video download streaming (netflix, disney , etc.) 5/5 voice call quality and text messaging 4/5 GPS and map responsiveness (google maps, directional navigation) 5/5 App responsiveness (social media, news, mail, retail, etc.) 4/5 battery life under constant screen usage. 5/5 screen clarity and smoothness. 1/5 preinstalled apps--need to uninstall and disable many preinstalled app as expected. FYI: it does NOT come with a wall charger--only comes with charging cable. tl/dr ahead: It feels well built and the screen is clear. It boots fast, and is the most responsive phone I have used in the 8 years using ATT prepaid phones. Overall, this phone recommended for daily use, and has quality features not found in other ATT prepaid devices. I had hoped the video recording feature would be better, but the single capture camera quality is decent. I haven't been able to see a 5G icon, yet. It may be due to my local towers, but 4g LTE is working well. Not required, however, if you own a PC computer, recommend downloading the Motorola Rescue and Smart assistant. Use this application on your computer to utilize the 'Rescue' feature before using the phone. This will download the newest/ most up to date firmware from Motorola/ATT, so you will not need to download a dozen updates after setting it up. Also, VERY important, if you order an ATT prepaid phone through Walmart via mail, or in-person pickup, contact ATT prepaid first before attempting to activate with your sim card. ATT will activate your IMEI and SIM card prior to use. Walmart does not activate the phone at point of sale unless purchased at the counter in the store(they cannot activate it in the store if you order in-person pickup, or in the mail--learned this the hard way). This is my 5th prepaid phone purchasing from Walmart through the mail or in person pickup, and it will be smooth activation as long as you contact ATT prior to activating. ATT has a text support live chat and a telephone number. You will not have to contact Walmart support. Thank you for reading.
if there's not a year on the box, you have bought a phone that's over 2 years old. Dead battery. Color is the box is faded. The vendor needed to disclose that this was the 2022 model. none of that information is printed on the outside of the box anywhere. you actually have to open it and look on the back and it says what the manufacturer date is on the back of the phone. so what I thought it was getting and what I got were two different things. I don't have a case that fits it there's really no reason for me to keep it. so when I send it back and there's nothing on it somebody else will get one that's been opened but the only thing that's been done to it was a charge.
i ordered a new phone for delivery with case. I got the phone and the case was not available. I was given the option to have the case I needed delivered for a couple days later. My phone was dropped and cracked the same day i had got it. The crack was not that bad I could live with it. Haven't got a new phone case still. Went to walmart the Associate could not find the right case. On my acccount for Walmart there's no order for a phone case and i have no phone to use because the phone is so fragille. I also opted for W . In the last 9 months I paid the 98 dollars forW and I have been charged 12 dollars a month for W and now I was offered to get a free month of W I'm to opt out of W becasue it doesn't even work for gas at the Murphy on the same location as Local walmart! It just feels like a scam and I am not going to use walmart delivery anymore. I have not had any issues with Amazon so iII am going to try them for now on.
