AT&T Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, 64GB Black - Prepaid Smartphone

Bought this to replace my Iphone, never did like the Iphone system but years ago I was pushed into it by my wife so reluctantly I gave in and got a brand new 6plus and when i came across the reviews for this I liked what I read told here I'm going to switch and her reply was I would not like the android interface I reminded her my tablet and laptop were android so I bought it. I love it she hates it.

I ordered one for myself and had no issues whatsoever but i ordered 2 for the rest of my family and they werent scanned out at the warehouse before they shipped them so i had to return them and reorder them and still had issues with 1 of the ones i reordered. if you buy in store its better just be careful when ordering online

I bought the cell phone, had to go to AT%26T to activate. That was yesterday today had to return to AT%26T because phone wouldn't work. AT%26T tells me that phone was listed as stolen. What is going on now. You had no problem taking my money, then you do this. You should be ashamed of yourself. This is not a place i want to do business with. Believe me i will tell everyone about this experience.

Walmart's warehouse failed to scan the phone correctly and I had to drive 45 minutes to a walmart to get it refunded. Customer service at ATT and Walmart.com told me the phone needed scanned correctly. When I got to the store I was told this is a common occurrence and my only choice was a refund. I had to buy a phone in the store because of Walmart's incompetence at sending out online orders.

I bought two of these phones online in April. They were not scanned threw the register since I bought them online. I took them into the store to have them scanned on the register. Walmart has to RETURN them, then scan them. It's past the 14 day period to return. NOW IM STUCK WITH PAPER WEIGHTS.

I purchased an AT%26T prepaid phone for my boss for a trip because he was told AT%26T works great where he is going and Verizon does not. I purchased the phone had it delivered, and activated the phone. I paid $75 for a one time pre-paid card and then I added it to the phone. I made a phone call to our office, and then called the cellphone direct from the office line and it worked fine. I went to give the phone to my boss and when he went to call the office phone he was greeted with a message from AT%26T stating that the phone was not properly sold to me through the purchasing agent which is Walmart. I work at my job (where i bought the phone for) full time and work at home full time and raise my 7 year old grandson. I was told I needed to call the store or go into the store, since I do not have time between now and Thursday to go into the store I called, several times 10 to be exact and not one person answered the phone at ANY of the extensions I tried. Very disappointed with Walmarts customer service at the Prince Frederick, MD store.

i will never buy a phone from walmart.com again. it was horrible. when i tried to set up the phone att said phone was locked i had to take it back to store where i purchased it and have them scan it. i took it back to my walmart store. they said i had to return the phone to .com. i had already put my dura glass on it and they could not reimburse me. i ended up having to get a new phone and number. i dont have to tell you what a mightmare that is. it was so stressful i ended up crying. NEVER AGAIN. Even the sales associate could not believe how difficult the whole ordeal went.

The warehouse shipped this phone without scanning it; I was told to call Walmart central number because Dundalk store where I bought it couldn't help. Walmart central told me they couldn't help. AT%26T helped me activate but now my hsuband's number is on a phone that doesn't work and the return window is closed. THANKS FOR NOTHING

Bought this phone online and ended up dealing with a whole mess of issues because of it. After putting my sim card into the new phone from my old phone and spent hours transferring everything over from my old phone i found that i could not send or recieve texts or calls. put sim card back into old phone and same thing. Took it to Att and found out that Walmart had not scanned the phone right when shipping out and thus the phone was techinaly not considered sold. so when i put my sim card into the new phone it was registering the new phone as stolen and thus ATT suspended my account because it was reading it as a 'Stolen' phone. I was able to return the phone to walmart in store. but still had to sit on the Phone with ATT prepaid service to get my account unsuspend. It all good now but was 2 days worth of headaches that shouldnof never had to have gone through if Walmart had done the scanning right. if you are going to sell a phone online at least have the decency to scan it properly so it doesnt come up as stolen and cause more problems for the customer. DO BETTER!

I just went through 5 days of no phone because the phone wasn't scanned so ATT thought I stole it . After reading 100 reviews it seems that ATT has known about this for a while yet they act like we broke the law and suspend our accounts . And in the end I received a refund but not enough to buy a new phone . I'm going to lawyer up !
