I didn't realize how deep it is. Prefect size for my apartment to give me a little extra freezer room. Oh! I love the way it was packaged to make it easier to remove I just wished someone would have told me so.

Just arrived today and initial start up seems to be working well. Wanted to mention 2 things: The power cord length is 5 ft. long. This info was omitted in the specs and I wanted to document that for other buyers like me who need to plan placement near an outlet. Secondly, the protective plastic wrap around the unit was way overdone and very difficult to remove. I spent over an hour peeling and it's still permanently stuck in some cracks. Warning stickers were on the outside of the plastic and I had to rescue those and re-stick them back on the unit. Manufacturer really needs to address this debacle. I will begin adding to the freezer tomorrow, so I don't have a review of its operation, but it is chilling nicely right out of the box.

It's definitely 2.8 cu. ft., which I had already anticipated based on the reviews. Fortunately, it works well and meets my needs, so I plan to keep it. My only issue was that it arrived three days later than the estimated delivery date and was left unattended at my front door.

When I bought it. It said 3.5 cubic feet but they send me 2.8 cubic feet so they lying about the size and need to fix it.

False advertising, I usually read reviews but I really needed a deep freezer. They sent me a 2.8 cu ft instead a 3.5 cu ft like I had ordered. That's a hugeeeee difference. Definitely recommend just using Lowe's, I got a 6.9 cu fr for 20$ more bc they were on sale.

I received the wrong size deep freeze. I've contacted Wal Mart customer service and the third party and they are taking their time. All I wanted is the price difference.

Item had manufacturer flaw, one corner doesn't touch the floor, so does not sit level. Have tried to adjust foot and it's as low as it will go, have tried everything including shim. Because of that it affects the temperature/operation. Customer service at Rowan Electric is the worse, completely useless. Dealt with them for 3 wks for them to say setup a return via Walmart. Return via Walmart was a hassle with rude people so the freezer sits here not used. Waste of money and time. Will never order anything like this through Walmart. Should have just gone to Home Depot. Thanks for nothing.

So far the frezzer its working fine but we bought on the Website 3.5 cu ft freezer and i get a 2.8 cu ft freezer for the price of a 3.5 cu ft so thats pretty bad and the seller dont help at all. It's a robbery to send something different of what you bought for the same price and we had a different opinion of Walmart.

This is not the freezer I ordered . The size is 2.8 I ordered what's on the picture. It's too small and I want a refund.

they send the wrong size, make you bring it back yourself. say they'll refund you then you have to fight them for weeks to get the money back. ordered 3.5 CU FT received 2.8 CU FT
