So far so good. Makes ice super fast. It’s nosey but we don’t mind. It gets hot on the right side looking at it so watch where you put it. The ice melts but then it makes more. Most of the time it makes a water fall and stops ice from making but I don’t mind to go over it and move it around. Again it’s perfect for chewing ice. Love it

It makes the best ice. This is suitable for say a couple, but if you have a big family you would want a bigger ice maker. Because it'll take a while to make say 5 lbs. of ice.

the reservoir holds about 4 cups of water. it only takes about half of that to start making ice. the ice is made rather wuickly within 5 minutes. the small square ice cubes keeos your drinks colder longer. cleaning the machine is simple. a plug on the bottom of the unit allows excess water to be drained.

As of this moment a would highly recommend. But I will know in a year if it still work weather or not it's a fact. We had a Frigidaire and paid around $300 for it and it went out and they said they couldn't do anything because it was a couple of days over a year. You don't always get what you pay for. This product as of now has met ever expectation

very satisfied with this proct.i would have preferred an icemaker that came with chewable and shaved ice at a more reasonable price but even the chewable icemakers countertop is great. the self cleaning is extremely wonderful I've gotten so many compliments on the ice it's self and other want one too it's worth the money I paid but would have preferred to stay in the bullet size icemaker price range

I like everything about this ice maker except the water reservoir and ice holding trays are a bit small, it must be refilled and emptied every hour if you want to make any quantity of ice.

EXTREMELY SLOW making ice. I timed how long it took to make enough ice to fill an average glass. It was over an hour. I will be returning this Ice machine. As slow as it, it's not worth keeping. I would rather go purchase ice than stand there all day just to get enough ice for dinner.

After about 6 months this thing became unusable when it started making the most horrible sound-almost like grinding. Can't even run it at night it's so loud.

we bought it last August and it didnt even make it a year. i bought the extra 3yr protection and when you call the number it a international number and no one speaks english. id really like to find a ice maker that last more then a year.

if I could, I would tell you about the nugget ice maker, but I never received the nugget ice maker, apparently the fed-ex driver dropped off my package around 2:10 pm when I was home, he even took a picture of " let me see " 👀 that's it o.k. of the stone driveway with a small portion of the box in it, Anyways, wal-mart reimbursed me all my money, not Walmart's fault cannot get these nugget ice maker's at Wally world
