In terms of how it works, it lathers up nicely even though it's sulfate-free, and it does a good job of getting hair clean without leaving it feeling stripped. Hair comes out soft and manageable, and it seems to help with tangles too, which is a big plus if you've ever tried brushing out wet kid hair. I also like that it's formulated without sulfates, parabens, or dyes, so it feels pretty gentle on the scalp. It didn't cause any irritation, and it didn't weigh the hair down or make it greasy. The only small downside is that if hair is super thick or very tangled, you might still need a good conditioner or detangler afterward—this shampoo alone isn't a miracle fix for knots. Overall, it's an easy, budget-friendly shampoo that does what it says: cleans gently, smells good, and keeps hair soft and manageable. Definitely a reliable pick for kids' hair care.

I love this shampoo (and the conditioner that goes with it) for my son and for me. It smells sooo good, and it washes our hair well. Also, I have a dry scalp and I feel like the shampoo and conditioner moisturizer my scalp well enough so my scalp doesn't itch.

I love this shampoo. It goes on smooth on and you only need a small amount to get a good lather. Smells great. The bottle is the ideal size. It's not too big and cumbersome. Love this product.

Got this for the kids to have for bathtime. And after using it on them along with the conditioner let me tell you that i used most of it due to how good it smells. literally makes youre hair smell like candy and it does the intended job.

I have fine curly hair that tends to get frizzy and damages easily. I like this as a cheaper option to Aussie Miracle Coils. I don't think its quite as moisturizing as Coils but works for low humidity seasons. I really like that its sulfate free. Lathers up just fine.

The best thing is that as of the same day used, it has caused no itching like most shampoos do. However, even with conditioner my hair was flyaway, cottonball- texture (soft but dry) and hard to style and control. I really feel like sending the shampoo and conditioner back for a refund!

Smell is good, seems to do okay at job of cleansing, but NOT tear free. I was caught off guard since this is a kids shampoo. Not a good match for my littles
