If you don't have something like this get one!!! this charger works great! all you have to do is connect the cables to the bank and connect to the battery. i used this on my 04 pacifica that runs dead quickly if the lights are left on. it fired right up. so much better than having to rely on a jump (since thats what happened to me before i got this)

This jump starter has been a godsend since I have gotten it. I've been able to help. I don't know how many people since all this cold weather we've had and people have needed help getting their vehicle started and so am I with all the cold weather we've had and it has just you know it's been just wonderful and helping out with that and not having to get your car close and try to get jumper cables out and move around in the snow and everything. It has just been great. I can't say enough especially I'm 63 and I have disabilities and it is just been wonderful to have something like this and not have to have you know worry about having to find someone to help you. You can have something at the ready and do it yourself and not worry and it is just been wonderful I recommend you know anybody that has issues of any kind you know it male or female it's it's just a wonderful thing that you don't have to worry you've got something. It's just like having an extra back up person with you and you know you've always got something there that is going to help you get home or get out whatever you need. It's there it's awesome.

I bought this product for two reasons. Its performance is undeniable! Real easy to use and both my vehicles started up without hesitation and stalling. I used it for my old truck sitting in my driveway for about two years. Didn’t fully have enough power to start up or turnover. This product came in handy. My second reason was for my wife. I leave out for work before her and on a few occasions she left the inside light on and in the morning needed a jump and I’d already left out for work. The jump starter came in handy again. Now I have two. One in each vehicle

I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my husband this year in his Christmas stocking. It was definitely needed because he got an older car to use as a second car and needed to have some jumper cables. I wanted him to have the convenience of this unit so that he did not need to jump his car with another car. I think it’s a wonderful product.

This is the 2nd Avapow jump box that I own. It is easy to use and the battery keeps a high charge level for quite a while before needing to too it off. The price is very good and I got it very fast. It even came with the protective zippered case. Don’t wait until you are stranded to purchase it. It also functions as back-up power for phones, etc. i highly recommend Avapow.

I checked to see if this product would work on a 1990 gmc pick up. Everything said yes. It did not. It was charged and I got out the paperwork and followed it to the letter. Nothing. I trouble shot. Nothing. It made absolutely no difference. Vey frustrating. Very disappointed. I will have to find something else.

product does not hold charge. it is not living to expectancy. I called the supplier %26 I had to wait for my claim to be reviewed %26 I'm still waiting . I needed that jump start badly %26 I'm out not being able to use it for the moment. I'm very disappointed. I do not recommend this piece of crap.

Bought 2 back in May for a backup phone powerchargers. 1 for me and 1 for my best friend in Arkansas when the power goes out due to storms.We charged them all up-flashlights worked...didnt try the phone charger mode. Today we both tested them out because we are expecting tornados to come through our areas tomorrow so here it is middle of October (5months later)...nothing works even though it shows all the lights lit up.$130 total...wasted.😡

There is no documentation with the product that states it is rated at 27800 mAh, and their customer service will not send any formal verification that the product is indeed rated as such. Also, the supplied documentation states do not use for starting engine sizes above the rating, but there is no engine size rating in the supplied documentation with the product, even though it is advertised for all gas engines sizes.
