Got a text from my son today, 06/19/2025, that made my day! ....Had to use the car jumper Christmas present today! And may I say THANK YOU......I have always been practical when buying Christmas gifts for the boys. I mean what 5th and 6th grader doesn't LOVE waking up Christmas morning to find new socks/underwear in their stockings? This past Christmas (purchased in 11/2024), I bought them and my one son's fiancee this battery jump starter. I saw them advertised and thought, if they actually work, this would be a great gift. My son went out to his car to leave work, and the car didn't start. He said it was easy to just plug into the battery and voila, the car started. Proof, Christmas gifts that are practical are the best! Now, i just need to get me one. Don't leave home without it!

The battery jumper/charger comes with a heavy duty carrying case and is compact enough to slide under the front seat. It's light so it's easy to use. The instructions with diagrams are easy to follow and only a few steps are required. The charging/recharging time is minimal. I hope I never have to use it to jump the battery but if so it'll be easy to accomplish. Customer service is friendly and the response time is less than one day.

I haven't got to use this myself yet, however my neighbor had it and used it to jump start my wife's vehicle when her battery died. I honestly never cared to have one of these, but after seeing how they work, I mean within seconds her car started. turn on, plug clamps to jump started, then to car, wait for green light on the jump starter, and start vehicle. that simple. a good thing to have around. Definitely worth it.

This is my second AVAPOW jump-start. One in the SUV and this one is to keep in my truck. I have used it on everything from lawnmowers to diesel tractors it has not let me down. It has cranked everything. It is amazing the power in such a small item.

Right out of the box everything appeared good except the 12V AC adapter for the cigarette lighter was a female connector. The picture in the User Manual was a male connector. Most if not all U.S. vehicles require a MALE CONNECTOR for the cigarette lighter. I would hope the vendor sends me the correct 12V AC adapter. Stay tuned to see if the vendor responds so that I may correct my rating.

DOES NOT WORK. I have hooked this up to two batteries and it looks like it's on and doing it's job, but will not ever become ready to jump and when turn the key over it does not even try to start. DOES NOT WORK at all. Will leave you stranded in an emergency.

Worked one time! Now won't start a 4 cylinder car. Force start won't turn on as well. Have to use my old electric charger to charge/start car. This was my first and last portable. My trusted cables and a willing stranger never let me down before. Charges phone, speakers and light still works though lol. Have a 2 start as it did work once and still charges other things

JUNK !!! Bought this to jump start Vehicles or mowers. Didn't need it until the 90 day warranty had expired. Went to jump a vehicle and nothing happened. The light would come on with all the functions but nothing else. Put it in the garage and tried to charge it again. Went to jump a lawn mower and still nothing. The light won't even come on. $85 and all it is, is a paper weight.

Walmart shipped me coffee instead of the unit ordered and had refused to credit my account. I’ve sent photos and have been in the phone 3x with service representatives who promised to escalate and resolve the problem. All that happened was them issuing a form letter saying I can’t get a credit unless I return the jump starter- which can’t be done since they never sent it!

When I purchase car jumper pack I was hoping it would work. I fully charged it . To it outside in april to jump start a dead riding lawn mower battery. It didn't work. Charged it again still would not start my riding mower. I took the battery out and charged it for 30 minutes at w amps. Put it back in the mower. It started up. My small back hoe tractor same thing .the jumper pack didn't work. And by the way both tractors are still starting after only a 30 minute w amp charge to them to. My battery charger. So definitely not at battery issue. This jumper pack is junk. It doesn't work. I would like my money back or a product of equal value that works
