Aveda Be Curly Curl Enhancer 6.7 oz

I've been using this product for years. It turns my fuzzy waves into excellent curls when I finger the product through my hair, and then twist portions of my hair into ringlets.

SInce Redken decided to no long offer "Curvaceous" curl refiner, I was looking for a replacement. I was recommended to try Aveda "be curly" as are placement. So I bought it at the best price (Walmart) and tried it on my hair. What I found was that the Aveda product was slighly more liquid when you squeeze it out of the tube (tan the Redken product) but after applying it to my damp hair and waiting a bit for it to dry in place, the result was the same as with Curvaceous. My hair stayed in place and looked great. ......So all is fine, and Redkin loses out.

I've used this product for quite some time.. It helps define my curls very well and smells so good. I've always v loved this product!

i LOVE THIS BRAND AND THIS PRODUCT WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE OF IT AND MAYBE AVAILABLE IN STORE NOT JUST ONLINE, IT IS A WONDERFUL PRODUCT

This curl cream (and the gel) does a descent job at defining my curls, but not as good as the Miss Jessie's gel. The problem with Miss Jessie's products is that they make my scalp itch really bad although I try really hard to not let it touch my scalp. This curl cream doesn't do that, but my hair doesn't come out as coily. Also, you don't get an original tube. You'll get one that is a sample so it will say "Not for Retail Sale" at the top of the tube.

I have very curly white girl hair (heavy thick frizzy spirals), and unfortunately I'll have to add this to my list of products that just don't deliver as promised. I do all the right prep work before putting this product in my hair, but it could not hold up to the Midwest spring humidity. Frizz galore :-(

I definitely recommend this product, just not purchasing it from Walmart. It came in an Aveda box that doesn't go with it and it was taped shut. Very sketchy looking. I've been using this product for over 10 years and this was not the same. Didn't smell the same, didn't work the same on my hair.

Scent is horrible

The product I ordered was Aveda Be Curly, Curl Enhancer, and it comes in a LIGHT GREEN TUBE as was pictured on Walmart's website. What I received was Aveda Be Curly advanced curl enhancer cream in a DARK GREEN TUBE. These are two different items! I have been using the first one for many years and love it! This "new" dark green tube that is "advanced" does not work the same way and dries out my hair to the point of being brittle. I called Aveda and was told the Be Curly curl enhancer in the light green tube has been discontinued, which for me is too bad. I was further disappointed, that whoever filled my order made a substitution and sent the "new - advanced" product without first contacting me to discern if the substitution would be acceptable. When one looks at the two products, it is clear, first from the color of the tubes that they are different. One should then wonder why and go a step further to compare the name %26 description on each tube to see that these are clearly not the same.
