Aveeno Stress Relief Body Wash, Calming Lavender Scent, 12 fl. oz

I found several years ago and continue to use all the Aveeno products for body wash and body lotion. Soft cleaning and lather in the shower. Rinses clean with NO after stickiness. I use the lavender primarily because of the soft scent, but also recommend the oat blend. It's Aveeno - you can't go wrong!

Every night before bed, I take a shower with this body wash. This helps me soothe into deeper relaxation before falling asleep. It feels cleans and the scent isn't strong. The texture is a bit a thick jelly paste, however, when using a loofah, it applies moisture into the skin.

I use this daily and everyone comments how nice I smell. It is a calming scent and great to use if you can't do perfume or cologne. The scent is not overpowering and very nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Aveeno body wash. The soft lavender scent that's calming and not too strong. At least my skin feeling clean and not dried out. It lathers nicely and gentle enough to use every day. Perfect poor relaxing shower.

The new formula is aweful. Not only did they add sulfate, but you can tell they stooped down on quality to squeeze every penny out of profit by using cheaper ingredients. Shame on them. This has been my tried and true body wash for 20 years.

This used to be my favorite body wash. I looked forward to a warm relaxing bath with the wonderful lavender scent. Not anymore, I don't smell anything and the lotion is the same way. I guess Aveeno thinks we're idiots. If you've been forced to dumb down the product, take the lavender off the container because it's a joke. On my way to a more reliable product.

Aveeno has been my go-to for 2 decades for multiple skin products. I recently opened a bottle of this "new formula" version of the skin relief body wash. It is horrible! * Offensive chemical smell * Leaves skin tight and dry like you put rubbing alcohol on your skin * Clearly watered down Clearly the company changed the formula chasing profits at the expense of quality. What a disappointment.

What were you guys thinking? You replaced a beautiful calming scent for a chemical stench that feels and smells unhealthy on the skin. Yuck. Get it together, Aveeno. Please bring back the old formula.
