Super glad I didn't spend extra money on a more pricey mattress. I have back problems and was worried about the support level but after a few nights sleeping on this mattress I can say that it is very comfortable and surpasses my expectations. Great value for the price! It came well packed, expanded as directed and had no smell or creases.

If you want a mattress that cups your whole body, but still supports you, then this mattress is for you. It's exceeded my expectations in every way. I have never ordered a hybrid mattress before and I was terrified that it would be uncomfortable. I am so happy with it.

Loved it was sealed air tight. Opened it let it for twenty four hours it looks and feels great! We will have our first sleep on it tonight. However , I did lay down and watch a movie today and it was awesome! No saggy corners, no sunken in spots. Very pleasantly surprised due to the price!

I'm rating this low because 2 hours after I ordered this mattress...I cancelled it. Walmart sent it anyway. Walmart was terrible in returning the item. The pickup was supposed to be Wed, March 4th...but because of their miscommunication, the pick happened on Monday Mar 9th. It is taking forever just to get a refund on a mattress I did not want.

This mattress is awful. No support, not firm at all. When lying on it it feels like you are lying on top of a giant spoonful of mashed potatoes. Literally unable to sleep on this. And I cant bring it back unless I drag this queen sized lump of mashed potatoes into the return desk at my local Walmart. Don't waste your money.

This sides are not sturdy. We let it set for three days before sleeping on it. It pops and sinks down just like the one we were replacing this one with and that one was several years old. They sides are so weak that you about fall out of the bed trying to get up. We returned it. Waste of time and money.

I received the mattress from my recent order, and I am very disappointed with its condition. The mattress appears to be used, dirty, and in poor quality. There are visible signs that it has been previously used and possibly washed, which is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new. For hygiene and health reasons, I cannot use this mattress. I have attached photos showing its condition upon delivery.

In personally.i dont really like this matress. Firmness is 0. If u like to sleep in soft thing that is for you. I have had chronic muscle tension on neck and back pain as well .it worst for me .i can not sleep well all the night . if i have chance i would return and buy different one but already unpackaged.

This matters is the opposite of what it says. It is not firm at all. When you sit on the edge it caves in horribly. If you sleep with someone you are pulled together and they can feel when you move or get up out of bed. It is not heavy people friendly.

I would give zero stars if I could. Bed came with a disgusting stain on it. I thought it was maybe just on the plastic but no it was on the mattress. Giving me a hard time about an exchange or refund. Very unacceptable and shows the integrity of the company if they're willing to sale something like this with no quality assurance.
