It wasn't as firm as I expected for a mostly inner springs mattress. But my mother, who I bought it for, loves it. Says it's the best sleep she's had in years. I'd say this is a soft to medium firmness mattress. But if you want something firmer, I'd give this a pass.

This mattress is perfect and comfortable for my guest room. I recently had guests over for the holidays, and they shared how comfortable their stay was. They mentioned getting a great night's sleep and even raved about the mattress when I told them it was a recent purchase. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable mattress with great quality.

I like how the mattress feels. I could go without a sheet if need be. It's like a silky feeling. I didn't read the description too well because I didn't know it had springs. I don't usually care for a mattress with them, but this one is great. It's a mattress with springs so you get that sturdy firmness, but with a thick topper for comfort. It was vacuum sealed when it arrived, the photos show what it looked like very soon after taking it out. So it expanded even more. I took these photos to send a relative right after it arrived. I didn't get one after I let it expand all the way. I was to excited to get it on the bed, bed-set on and sleep! Slept great!

It still impresses me how mattress companies can get an entire mattress into a much smaller box. The 12" queen mattress arrived with no issues. Because it is packaged the way that it is, carrying the mattress up stairs seems less awkward than if it were fully open. As an added bonus, it can be entertaining to open the mattress and watch it slowly take its shape. When looking for a mattress, this Avenco price is hard to beat.

i love 1, it came in a box!!, 2, it was easy to get out the sealed package 3, absolutely comfortable!!! and so big, for all of which is in my bed. ok, the main thing i don't like is it's so heavy! i am a single, smaller woman and this was a bit difficult, and i live in a apartment. so terrible for that. also is only 13 inches, i got 14 inches, so a bit off, but ultimately very good bed!

Comfortable and supportive. No more back pain. The thickness feels just right on my platform bed. Very satisfied with the quality I got for this price. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Very comfortable for resting. Excellent quality. A highly recommended purchase.

I've been sleeping on this mattress for a while, and it feels great. It's not too soft or too firm-just right for me. I sleep through the night without tossing and turning. It also stays cool, which I love. I wake up feeling well-rested every day. This mattress was a good choice and totally worth it.

It was very disappointing that the mattress wasn't firm. It was medium firm, which who knows what that means. And because I am a little elderly, and I believe your review about support. It really did not, I would not recommend this. The price was great, the quality, not so great.

I requested the service of mattress removal with the purchase of a new mattress. I wasn't able to be home when driver was there to pick up old mattress. After realizing I missed driver I tried rescheduling service to have old mattress picked up. Angi rep told me to contact Walmart and when I did the person that helped me a couple of days ago said they rescheduled to have mattress picked up on 5/28/25, I just contacted you guys thru chat and they say there is nothing scheduled for a mattress pick up and now it is too late for him to be able to do anything on order cause the time that has passed.

Walmart has refused to give me a refund on this item spent almost 200$and never received my product I'm beyond aggravated it's been months don't order from Walmart and expect them to deliver they won't and they will steal your money and give you nothing in return
