i love 1, it came in a box!!, 2, it was easy to get out the sealed package 3, absolutely comfortable!!! and so big, for all of which is in my bed. ok, the main thing i don't like is it's so heavy! i am a single, smaller woman and this was a bit difficult, and i live in a apartment. so terrible for that. also is only 13 inches, i got 14 inches, so a bit off, but ultimately very good bed!

This is a great mattress and nice mattress, perfect size and thickness, no smell, easy to set up, and nice soft-firm ratio. I ordered a memory foam mattress king size because it was easy to have delivered. I did not expect it to be so comfortable. I thought it would be fine, but this one is really lovely. It has a great price point compared to conventional mattresses. Plus, its foam is perfect: you sink into it just a couple of inches, and it really supports your whole body with just enough resistance. The cover is super soft, and really substantial. This is really a good mattress for the price. I sleep well and it's not too hot. I've had a really hard time finding a mattress that firm enough to support my back. Nothing to dislike the bed was amazing and comfortable!

I'm disabled but I managed to get it out of box and unwrapped .. for me not a fast job with my disabilities. But I was determined to! Once out of the plastic it plumped up to the 12” that I ordered within 15-20. Lots of popping noises but didn't take long to inflate almost to max capacity. I'm waiting 24 hrs or so to try it out but I did dress it up after setting it up on my adjustable bed base. I'll try to enclose a picture.

This is perfect for our spare bedroom and a price that's reasonable. This is the first mattress I've ordered online so wasn't sure what to expect for how it would be delivered. Came vacuum sealed rolled up in a long rectangle box. 2 women were able to carry it downstairs and set it up without trouble. The mattress unrolled easily and expanded. This is a pillow top but it is firm. The springs come up high just below the top layer of pillow type padding. Since it's firm it provides plenty of support.

very well packaged mattress. due to it being compressed it was very easy to carry upstairs. I definitely recommend letting it fully decompress for about 24 hours for it to plump up and regain it's original shape. decently comfortable for a mattresses at this price point.

It was very disappointing that the mattress wasn't firm. It was medium firm, which who knows what that means. And because I am a little elderly, and I believe your review about support. It really did not, I would not recommend this. The price was great, the quality, not so great.

It never expands to full height which i could have been okay with. But, when you lay down you immediately squish into the mattress. If you sit on the edge , again you will squish into the mattress but then slip and fall off if you're not careful. My elderly mom who I bought this for almost found out the hard way. There is absolutely no firmness to this as advertised and now I have to send it back for a refund. In the meantime my mom has to sleep on her sofa in the living room because the mattress is a safety risk.Do yourself a favor, and get something else.

Way too soft bed support pinches your body while sleeping on it. Tried to return but I had opened and discarded its box. I had online barcode for return mentioning I don't have the box with me and was told to bring the mattress to drop off at nearest Walmart, only to find out they don't accept returns without boxes. Should've told me beforehand. One star for Walmart support too!

this mattress is so soft, when I sit or lay on I sink about 2 or 3 inches in to it. I'm old and its hard for me to get in bed and get up out of bed. I would not recommend this mattress and I had to give 1 star but I didn't want to give any. Now I'm stuck with a mattress that causes unnecessary pain and stress on my body, plus I'm exhausted after getting in or out of bed.
