Avery Diamond Clear Heavyweight Sheet Protectors, 50ct (74106)

Our college students utilize the Avery sheet protectors to house the designs and photos of their electrical circuit wiring projects in our classes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are hands down the best page protectors. They are strong, don't tear and don't have that terrible plasticky chemical smell that many office supplies have.

I liked the quantity and they are doing what they are meant for. An old page protector stretched and tore when I got the tape on it and had to remove it, but this one peeled off without the page protector getting damaged. Heavyweight helped a lot.

I choose Avery brand anything because the quality always exceeds my expectations. I use sheet protectors for my children's graduation binders and my photo project for my daughter's dance. The thickness and quality of these sheet protectors assures me that my photos and papers will be protected for years to come.

My wife purchased these for her Grandmother's photo album. It was starting to really show its age and falling apart. I purchased the Avery top-load protectors in the Walmart store...just in case we needed extras. This boxed set is much higher quality and would suggest to anyone. The pages are "solid" feeling...not flimsy like the ones I purchased in the store. Also...the inside corners are trimmed to help keep the pages from catching and bending the sheet. :) ~ tom

Like they are acid free and archival. Don't really see that they make loading easier or faster - depends on if you can open the plastic easily with your fingers.

Not as good quality as originally. These are much harder to open and use than they used to be. The thickness and protection they provide hasn't changed, but the type of material has changed, such that now it's much stiffer, and thus much harder to open and, much more importantly, much easier to damage your document as you try to force it into the unyielding sheet protector — the opposite of what you want!
