I take one before lunch with a glass of water, as this is when it easily fits into my day. I like that it's only one capsule as the serving size. These capsules are small, have no artificial colors or dyes, and are non-gmo and lactose-free. The four unique strains of lactobacilli in these probiotics promote a healthy vaginal environment.
