Spring Valley Zero Sugar Women's Multi Gummy, 150 Count

First of the price is wonderful. The taste is pretty good. The very best part is it has fruit and vegetables inside!!!! I always eat my fruits and veggies, but I do believe this is the secret ingredient that has made my morning bathroom SO MUCH BETTER. I have never been more regular. Absolutely going to keep buying. I do recommend to all us women. And oh, did I tell you is Sugar Free! It helps me take my other medicine that makes me nauseous. I usually have to eat and I hate eating so early. Now I don't feel nauseous because I ate my vitamins first. This works so well for me!!

I like these. My diet is not well balanced. I could tell a difference in my cognitive performance after a week; clearly I was lacking in some key nutrients! They taste good and the texture is pleasant: not so gummy that it sticks to my teeth. I have continued to buy them. Also, they do not have ridiculously excessive amounts of each vitamin and mineral. NOBODY needs 400% of the US Recommended Daily Allowance (Us RDA) of any vitamin/mineral; that can cause more harm than good, particularly with fat-soluble vitamins which are stored by the body and can accumulate to toxic levels. Even water soluble vitamins can be problematic in excess. All of the breads, cereals, etc, in the US are already fortified with B vitamins (usually 100% of the US RDA).These vitamins contain quantities that are sensible.

I usually get them from the store, but the store doesn't have them anymore. I like this cause the have everything I need and they taste good. If you're looking for a women's multi vitamin this is the one for you.

This insurance quit paying for the vitamins my doctor prescribed, that's why I had to begin purchasing all of my OTC products with the spending card the insurance company provided, and I was pleased to find vitamins with no sugar, because I had to change my eating habits for health reasons.

I now only buy in store because the ones shipped online I received looked different with a white substance all over them. But I do like these gummies because they give me the needed fruits and vegetables that I might miss daily. The bottle has 150 and you take 2 a day and the low price is worth it.

Not my favorite taste because probably the vegetables and fruits mixed in and zero sugar, but not bad and the vitamins packed in here can't be beat, great amount of vitamin D so I cut out my additional supplement!

I like the fact that I can get a multiple vitamin that has everything in there I need. Plus, I can chew it and not worry about chocking on it.

I've try different gummies. I like these flavor and texture. It's a good multi for a gummy.

Gummies contain greater amounts of several vitamins than other brands, a plus. Taste is rather bland.

They are on the verge of being out of date and will be out of date by the time I finish taking the bottle. They do not dissolve well. They taste awful. Worst gummy vitamin I have ever tasted.
