Absolutely yes yes and absolutely helpful!!!
Okay so given I've never tried another pre menopausal product. I will say this changed my entire mood. I feel more positive less itchy ear my hot flashes GONE. Negative headache very very mild. Not sure how to curb that without taking Tylenol 1-2x a day but it also runs in my fam but a side effect of taking these is headaches just fyi. I take them at night to help curb it. But highly recommend these. I'm 35ty started few yrs ago and found these wish I started earlier. Menopause isn't discussed much in the woman world

Between taking this once a day and Natural Vitality sleep, Gummies, I am no longer waking up several times a night, and I am no longer having hot flashes!

Azo pre menopause support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Azo pre menopause support relief medicine. It was probably the most useful med I could have gotten right now with everything I'm going through. Definitely pre menopause one month I have my cycle 2 months I don't them I get it. It's random and shows and goes when it feels like. not fun when unprepared.

Caused side effects but did help with symptoms
The black cohosh caused a condition on my skin called Petechiae within a few days of starting. This supplement is not that high of a dose of black cohosh compared to some other brands and I have read where some take more than one a day to control symptoms. Black cohosh can apparently cause liver damage and now I am worried as Petechiae can be a sign of liver damage. I discontinued and within three days the Petechiae went away, so I hope that is a good sign. While taking however, it did make me feel much more energetic and less uncomfortable. I just cannot tolerate it.
