I bought this one year ago i have been taking. It is wonderful easy to absorb and digest. I highly reccomend!!

Good brand of Vitamins
Solgar is a has been a good brand of vitamins to take. The B-Complex "50" works good for me. Supplements are something you just have to try on a trial basis to see what works good for you.

Solgar has a long reputation for high quality and research. I have been taking their B-complex "50" for many years, and am so happy I can get it at GNC along with my other supplements. This is a high-potency, balanced B-complex supplement, and it's not too large so it is easy to swallow. There is no "B-complex smell" like there are with some companies' B-supplements. Taking this B-Complex has eliminated my migraine headaches, given me energy, and helped me focus and think clearly. I depend on it. I am in my late 60's, and my doctor suggested that I might be taking too much B-complex; so I experimented with taking less for four months. I was tired and had many "brain lapse" moments, and had more difficulty focusing when driving the car. I immediately went back to taking my B-complex. I take B-complex after eating a meal, with a glass of water.

Found this product to have the best combination of B vitamins. The price is a bit high so I try to get it on sale.

Very delayed delivery and no notification prior
Product was fine but delivery delay and communications left a lot to be desired. When no product arrived at the anticipated date, I checked online for status. To my surprise it was marked Canceled. Then to my it came about 6 weeks after order was placed.
