Thiamin (vitamin B1)
This Solgar B1 vitamin is powerful! In one week my nails look great are growing! Vitamin B1 or thiamin is essential for glucose metabolism, nerve, muscle, and heart function. Since most do not get enough B1 from food sources Solgar is the best way to go
