This is one of the top of the line companies, to purchase vitamins from. A customer can be sure that they are getting a better quality product, than other vitamin companies. This is a whole food vitamin, with no fillers or chemicals. I am so happy with this company and their vitamins.

I have been taking Solgar B Complex for years. The B-12 provides an extra bit of energy when needed. I usually purchase the B Complex through Amazon subscribe and save program, but this time, it was cheaper to purchase it through Walmart.

Unlike mega once a day B complexes ( which is not a good way to take most vitamins) this formula is perfectly done for taking twice a day, keeping the nutrients in the body 24 hours a day. I've been taking this brand and complex for 30 some years, I did notice a big deference when I started taking it and do notice a deference when I don't take it and it has vitamin C and made with Vegetable capsules what's not to love :)

only thing I would change would be the pill count to match a 30 day supply. It's a 50 day supply with 100 tabs. Just would be easier for me.

These tabs are easy to swallow and so far I've noticed a difference in my energy and ability to stay calm. It may take a while to get the full benefits but so far so good. Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
