I like this D3 by Solgar because it doesn't contain preservatives, sugar or sweeteners and other unnecessary ingredients. It is also small and easy to take with water. It's only about 1mm in size. I wish I can upload a photo here to give people an idea of how small it is.

I love the sun, but when I'm unable to be in it, which is more so than not, I supplement with D3 and K2. I like this brand because of it's high IU's and the company's reputation. I can tell a positive difference in my health when I am faithful with D3.
