Triple strength means less pills
High potency a big plus! I take this on days I don't eat fish. I have used liquid form of omega-3s so this is my first time in taking it as a pill. Happy that I could get it in one pill, as many formulations require two or three to get the same potency. Solgar is a tried and trusted brand for me as well, important when choosing fish oils to make sure they are sourced and processed to remove mercury etc!

I have been taking this product for years. Solgar is a reputable company. I don't know if this is the reason that I have very low inflamation or not, but my doc says to keep doing whatever I'm doing, so I'll keep taking this. I feel it's a good product.
