I work a lot and hard, and sometimes my brain needs support. Neuro Optimizer is exactly what you need if you have an intellectual work or study hard. It benefits nervous system and ability to handle stressful environment. A bit expensive, but good quality.
I wanted to combine several supplements in one and ended up with this supplement. I really like this brand since I trust the quality of the ingredients and I know it's doing something since I noticed the first 2 weeks a bit different....just a bit off, but after that I feel much better, my brain is working much much better, it's like it's getting the extra energy it needed.
I just received this product a few days ago and started to use it as directed daily. I'm looking forward to improving my brain health. I choose this product for the quality ingredients it contains and easy dosage. I look forward to seeing the benefits of using it soon.
my baby is 3 years old, and it helped a lot. quality and ingredients are just fabulous. also size is very normal and easy to take. dosage depends on your prescription. my baby likes taste, after using this product I can say that it has a lot of benefits!
I've been using this for a few weeks now and I can definitely notice a benefit to my mental alertness. I can usually notice the difference most on the days I forget to take it. I've been using this and some other supplements to combat brain fog from some other medications and it's really helped. Only minor thing is the large size of the capsule and I do wish it was a little more affordable but it is certainly worth the price for what you get.
It has truly impressed me. After using it for several weeks, I've noticed enhanced focus and improved memory retention, making it easier to tackle complex tasks. The blend of ingredients, including acetyl-L-carnitine and phosphatidylserine, seems to work harmoniously to boost cognitive function. The capsules are easy to take and have no unpleasant aftertaste. I appreciate that it's made with quality ingredients. If you're looking for a reliable cognitive support supplement, I highly recommend Neuro Optimizer!
The HUGE difference I noticed is that prior to taking it, when typing (I type 123 wpm) I would, without intending to, spell words backwards--something I could not have done on purpose. It was something haywire in my brain doing it. For example, instead of typing "and" it would be "nda". After I started Jarrow's Neuro Optimizer, it quit.
"Jarrow Formulas Neuro Optimizer is a comprehensive supplement for brain health. It includes Cognizin® Citicoline and Sharp-PS® Phosphatidylserine, which support neuron function and normal stress response. The antioxidants and other ingredients like Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Taurine, and L-Glutamine promote overall brain metabolism. I've noticed improved mental clarity and reduced stress since taking it. The quality and size are good, and it has so many benefits."
I was looking for a cost effective citicoline supplement, but I also happened to take Acetyl L-Carnitine. I found both of these ingredients together in this with a quality range of other ingredients like Glutamine, and the size of the product is awesome for the price. It may seem pricey, but it works out as good value if you consider what the various ingredients cost separately. I certainly noticed a large cognitive benefit taking these and have ordered it at least three times.
Two of the Ingredients are underdosed(others are literally minimum recommended) according to science so I take 6 pills a day, becomes quite expensive then but if you actually want benefits then bad to underdose.
