This is a higher quality vitamin or mineral than I have been using for a while. Actually, I used Solgar for several years back in the 1980s. As I have grown older I now see that it is more helpful. It is more helpful. It has been around for a long time, so I recommend it.

After 33 yrs. Towards the end of my career; which lasted 45 yrs. As a driver. I noticed my legs a bit flabby. I immediately started taking the Solgar brand Cal.Mag. & D-3 Legs feel much tighter and muscular. Only... I'm back on the farm full time... I do recommend this product!

I am VERY Pleased with this Brand and Vitamin Product !!
I switched to this Solgar Brand for my Calcium, Magnesium & Vitamin D3 [ the BIG bottle : ) ] a few years ago I DO notice the effect of taking this Vitamin as directed. Yes it does cost a bit more however this Vitamin is well worth the Price !!
