Hello! does it have any smell or taste? I always bought triple straight omega and it's never has any taste, but this time it's has rotten fish taste.

High potency a big plus! I take this on days I don't eat fish. I have used liquid form of omega-3s so this is my first time in taking it as a pill. Happy that I could get it in one pill, as many formulations require two or three to get the same potency. Solgar is a tried and trusted brand for me as well, important when choosing fish oils to make sure they are sourced and processed to remove mercury etc!

This is a very good product because the EPA and DHA levels are very high in comparison to other brands. I take it three times a day with meals and I have noticed my thinking is clearer and faster. It costs a little more than some of the stores in town. Where there is a sale in a store I will get another comparable brand with similar levels of DHA and EPA. Sometimes I can taste the fishyness. But it is not bad at all.

This product allows you to take less because there are more mg in each easy to swallow capsule. Also we have experienced more energy after taking this product. We also like the fact that 'Solgar is conscious of making the effort to remove any mercury from the product.

My husband and I both take it. We feel it works better than anything else we've tried. My skin feels softer and my eyes are not dry .

Great--very expensive and huge pills but the brand is reputable and there is very little fishy taste or aftertaste.

It is supposed to be good until next year, but it stinks like rotting fish. We have been taking it without getting sick, but I wonder. I have never before had fish oil capsules that stank.
