Solgar Calcium Magnesium Citrate Blueberry Flavor - 16 Ounces

This products is liquid, so maybe a choice for those having trouble swallowing. Taste is ok.

I'm very sensitive to all kinds of vitamins, I never could take calcium before because of stomach pain and discomfort and constipation due to calcium, but this product is the best. I have been taking it for only a few days and I feel the difference already. I have more energy I take it with food or without and have no discomfort and it is making me regular, which I haven't been in 25 yrs. I Love it and will be taking it for ever. I have never bought any medicine or Dietary Supplements that really taste like the real fruit and sooo smooth to swallow it's really good. I have bought the blueberry 🫐 and going to buy the strawberry 🍓 I hope it tastes just as good as the blueberry for me this is money well spent. No more pills or gummy for me.

I wanted a liquid calcium-magnesium to allow for tailoring the dosage amount up or down to exactly what is needed at any specific time. I was skeptical, being very picky when it comes to tastes, but I've used Solgar many years and it's one of the most trusted brands, so gave it a try. Happily, the result is that the Blueberry taste is really delish, and after using up one bottle I'll continue to purchase as long as it is sold. As an aside, for those on aspirin therapy, if you take calcium/magnesium with it, that helps to buffer the aspirin. Bufferin uses this system.

Good option for those who need or want a liquid vitamin. Good flavor, easy to take. This Calcium, magnesium, D combo taken nightly relieved my son's painful leg cramps.

Liquid form is easier on to take even if in a hurry. like the taste. eeryones absorption may not be same but is good for me so far

Liked the idea if not having to take huge capsules so ordered. At first was fine as could taste blueberry flavor but turned chalky and thick after about a week. Had to water it down and shake each day to finish off.

Solgar Calcium Mag Cit6rate Lqd w/Vit D3 is a 3rd party seller and took a long time to arrive. If I had know that it would take so long to receive, I wouldn't have ordered it of course. Just 2 days after ordered I tried to CANCEL. So I must return it now that I've returned it. Walmart tries to satisfy all, but 3rd partys may not be the easiest or profitable. At least not for customers! Thanks, Walmart ... I don't have a seller rating!
