Solgar Calcium Magnesium with Vitamin D3 Tablets - 300 ct

I never used the product. I purchased it for my parents. But when the package was delivered it was broken.

This product is the best for calcium needs. The calcium is citrate, the most absorbable form, the Vitamin D3 assists in this, and the magnesium balances the muscle contraction function, as well as helping the calcium be utilized in optimal fashion. Other products substitute cheaper forms of calcium or use cheaper forms of Vitamin D, like D2 instead of D3, and may not combine optimal amounts of magnesium.

With this food supplement the calcium is easily assimilated. Before taking it I had soft finger and toe nails that broke easily. Now they are steel hard thanks to this calcium supplement. I can only imagine the good it does to my bones (and teeth) too. I have bought a years supplement for my sister who suffers from osteoroposis.

I have tried many types of calcium over the last 8 years or so. This product seems to dissolve better, and it also contains the amount of D3 my doctor is recommending. It also has magnesium. I like that it is protected in a dark bottle. I will continue to buy this.

After 33 yrs. Towards the end of my career; which lasted 45 yrs. As a driver. I noticed my legs a bit flabby. I immediately started taking the Solgar brand Cal.Mag. & D-3 Legs feel much tighter and muscular. Only... I'm back on the farm full time... I do recommend this product!

Hubby prefers this calcium over the liquid I take, and he's very pleased with it. I like that it's calcium citrate+magnesium+D3. He does have to take a few to get the calcium he needs, but the tablets aren't "horse pills" either.

I switched to this Solgar Brand for my Calcium, Magnesium & Vitamin D3 [ the BIG bottle : ) ] a few years ago I DO notice the effect of taking this Vitamin as directed. Yes it does cost a bit more however this Vitamin is well worth the Price !!

Where is exp date ? Return my money! You send me fake Solgar?

This supplement made my stomach very sick, and it is the milder kind of calcium for absorption. I am switching to almond milk 3X per day.
