Thank goodness for the plastic bag
This smells wonderful! Ordered two bottles- thank goodness they were in a plastic bag and has tape on the top but it didn't work about a fourth from each bottle came out. I don't know it the tops were not tight or what. Hopefully I can save some. So I paid for two bottles and got 1 and 1/2 bottles. Love the soap! Just wish I didn't have to clean this mess.

Geat product. Poor packaging with delivery.
Baby Magic Tear-Free Lavender and Chamomile Calming Baby Bath is a great product. It's a nice foaming cleanser that leaves skin feeling soft, clean, and gently scented. However, I was disappointed with the delivery. The bottle leaked a significant amount into the protective plastic, and because the packaging doesn't have an airtight seal, the liquid soaked through and wet the bottom of the box.

Leaked
I love this soap for my babies, however, half of the product leaked out during delivery. Had to change the bottle and wipe down other items I received that it leaked on. Super disappointed with that.

baby magic camomile
i ALWAYS buy this same exact product in store but since I have a special needs infant on a ventilator I've recently been ordering online so I don't risk him getting sick with us having to leave the house. so I order this along with a few other things

Seal to prevent breaking ineffective
I love the baby magic calming baby bath lavender and chamomile especially with the pump dispenser since it doesn't get wasted as easily by my 7 year old. It's difficult to find at every store so this time I ordered it for shipping, but the pump dispenser was broken at delivery.

The baby wash was broken and all over the other products I ordered. I need to reach out to customer service and I am sure they will replace my products.

Absolutely gross!!
Both times we washed my son in this it left a white paper like substance floating in the water. Looked so gross! We had to bathe him again after washing the tub out!!! Never had this issue with the yellow one!

Spilled. Poor packaging
I like the scent of this and decided to order online as they had runout in store. Came without a leakage label and had spilled in box. Was a mess. Each time I attempt returning I am told they have technical difficulties. I want compensation
