This is my second hair dryer. The dryer I had lasted me seven years, so of course I replaced it with the same type. I have long, coarse, thick hair and this dryer leaves my hair frizz free and silky. Looking forward to having this dryer for the next seven years.

Very powerful and makes my hair very soft. Not the lightest one but definitely a professional finish.

I have an older model blow dryer and when it finally started to mess up I immediately started sealing a new one from this brand. I love this product and the durability of constant use. My original babyliss blowdryer worked for over 8 years.

Really good in hand, a bit heavy, so better to keep it at home, but it's instantly warm and powerful.

Need cord longer to move around customer and chair

Replaced an older version of exact blow dryer. I really like the weight of this dryer, design is great, and simple to use. I do notice that it doesn’t seems to be as powerful or blow as much. I wish it had a little more blow power.

I've had this for a few years and the back filter broke. Unfortunately the replace filter the offer on this site does NOT fit my unit! Read the tiny model number of your very carefully if you try to buy a new filter--they don't all fit. (I'm not sure why you would advertise a product as having a removable filter if you can't then buy a replacement for it!) I wasted money and time on the new part, and they are only going to offer me a discount for a new one--which are of course more expensive that when I originally bought it! It was great while it lasted though....
