The set is complete and great. The video quality is good but not excellent. There are section on a 4k tv where the video looks a little blurry. For the most part it is good and a Babylon 5 fan will be happy.
The set arrived in perfect condition. All 21 discs work flawlessly. This is one of the main reasons I always order these large sets from Walmart. Their product always arrives in functional condition.
Having the whole series in one place is great. This is the remastered version originally released in 2020 on HBO Max. No issues with the discs, but the case is pretty brutal - getting the discs out without feeling like they'll snap requires quite a bit of care.
Great Sci-Fi show from the 90s.
I've yet to open the package but the way it came is just what I was hoping for.
Great series finally in HD. CGI is obviously dated by today's standards but the story is well worth it.
Arrived on time as promised. Glad to have entire series in one set.
I loved this series back when first broadcast, I was ecstatic when I found it was released in bluray. The only reason for 4 stars is I've had some issues with the blurays themselves, plus the disc case is a joke. No scratches or defects I can see with them but I've had a few where the bluray player freezes or skips, I've read in on-line forums of others experiencing the same. Also, on a few episodes there is an audio/video sync issue, it comes and goes with a single episode. That's also common for this set. The case itself has the discs on 'flip pages', which is OK in itself but the clamping plastic in the center spindle is horrid. It's tough removing the discs from the spindle and replacing them. My advice is set aside the time before ordering so that you can go through the entire set to look for issues with the discs and considering keeping the discs in a set of cases that aren't the abomination Warner Home Video shipped these in.
The dvds are so hard to get out of the case or are already loose and can't be reset into the case. I ordered a dvd case to move them into. I hope that I can get them all out or I will have to get a refund and try a new set. No complaints at all with the dvds. This is a favorite series for me. I bought a new 4k blu ray player here at Walmart when Amazon prime chopped out the series halfway through. The blu ray is worth it and they do upscale to 4k on my player just fine. A little bit of fine grainy when upscaled, but it does look better.
You guys have no idea how to pack this set for shipping. Both copies I received were damaged because they were not protected. I tried to tell you guys the problem before you shipped my second copy, but nobody listened and it was packaged exactly the same way as the other one I received. No surprise - It was damaged in the exact same way. General incompetence demonstrated by Walmart. Will probably never order from you guys again. So frustrating.
