Had problems with original set sent to me. One of the cameras constantly lost signal unless RIGHT next to the monitor. I contacted customer service and they completely and happily solved the issue for me and sent new equipment. Product has worked perfectly since. I love all the features making it easier to keep eyes on my 4 yr old and infant baby.
Great options and love being able to do a split screen so I can see both babies at the same time. Volume and music works great.
I had issues with a new monitor I purchased, no questions asked they returned the monitor free of charge and sent a new one. It never took longer than a few hours to hear from the customer service team.
It was a gift for my great grand daughter and they love it
We love the split screen.
Exactly what I needed. Thank you.
I love this baby monitor. I love the night light on the camera and the music. Split screen works great.
Worked great for 5 months but no longer can turn cameras from the monitor hand held peice. Quite expensive for only working for 5 months.
Bought this to replace our current BanySense cameras, what attracted me was the split screen option that is not available on my current model. The screen is smaller than my current model, in split screen it is even smaller. The camera is pixilated and takes time to focus. The buttons on the monitors stick and don't respond well. The nighttime mode casts a light in the middle of the screen, if it is pointed at my child, their face is super bright making it harder to see if their eyes are closed. Not what we expected after having another model from same brand. Will be returning and keep using current model while looking for replacement.
