I have been using Bach flowers for years. The extracts sold on the site are original and good. I have bought them several times and am always satisfied. Their price is reasonable and during sales sometimes the price is really cheap. Highly recommend.

I read about this product in a Woman's World magazine. It caught my attention because I really lack self-confidence, and even was prescribed xanax for social anxiety. I've been trying to get in touch with therapists, but just going through bad experiences, mainly them not calling me back. I don't want to be on xanax because it fogs my mind. So I tried this. It says to mix it with water, but I usually just drop 2-4 drops straight under my tongue whenever I think about it. And I really do feel less anxious, which leads to feeling more confident. I definitely plan on buying more!

Bach flower remedies work by helping the mind to rebalance naturally. They cause no side effects and do not interact or interfere with any medications. Place 2 drops into a small glass of water and take 4 or more sips a day. Can usually feel the benefits beginning within a week. Can be used daily until the symptom has disappeared. If it ever returns, simply begin dosing again, as before. Remedies work best if you can avoid mint. Mint usually inactivates remedies. Use cinnamon toothpaste instead, or baking soda.

seriously impressed by this flower remedy. i have only been taking it a short time but i already notice results. lately been often feeling less confident, unsure of myself and my ability, and for no specific reason, just anxiety i suppose. but since i started using Larch when i feel this symptom, the feeling fades and I feels back to myself again. some examples - i have a serious meeting coming up tomorrow that i rescheduled 2x in the past not confident i was ready, but i now i feel optimistic about it. also i completed a physical goal, which i had been afraid to attempt, because i had been injured and lost confidence i could do that again. well i did that today and it was easier than i remember last time.. anyway, this is an excellent flower remedy that really worked for me. thanks iherb!

I quickly cancelled the Amazon order and ordered at iherb and saved over $30. The prices were much better and the expiration dates were further out than the one that Amazon wouldn't let me cancel. I bought this product for my sis in law.. she's vegan follows specific diet.. apparently those supplements help he sustain her health and immunity! Quality product with good ingredients! she usually adds such drops to the main 5-flower essence for more benefits!

Love this brand. It doesn't have any no chemicals. Taste is good. You can add onto some orange juice or water and drink it. Very helpful for emotion. It has many benefits on emotion.

I first used this remedy when I had an important event and wanted to feel more confident in myself. I did get some relief from just one drop of this supplement. I have used other products from this brand so I know they are high quality and have had benefits for me. I will continue to experiment with homeopathy.
