Really great for calming fits of nerves and a quick lift me up when you are feeling upset, anxious or stressed. Also good to take a few drops before you sleep, if you have had a really bad day and find yourself ruminating through the day's events. I take this before flights too to soothe myself.

I use this product to go back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. As much as I regard it as a fall back asleep agent, I do not think of it as an anxiety reliever. Since it contains flowers, you feel naturally medicated without feeling drowsy. Overall, I would describe it as feeling natural without being sedating. There is no doubt that botanical agents can make a difference if you are stressed, however it will not be comparable to a prescription-type feeling so do not expect too much. Those who suffer from insomnia may want to consider this as a new staple in their arsenal. I have been able to improve my sleep and I no longer have to worry about waking up in the middle of the night. The quality is superb without a doubt.

Great classic remedy for those who believe homeopathy. Would use this with adaptogens. Tastes like alcohol, don't expect any particular flavour. The small package size in a glass dropper bottle makes it very handy to carry around in your bag for anxious/stressful moments. Always trust the quality with the Bach brand!

My first time using Rescue Remedy. I usually use the individual remedies and combine them if needed. I haven't found this to be particularly effective, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you. It is made by Nelson's, the only authorized distributor of Bach products.
