Back to the Roots Organic Microgreens Ceramic Grow Kit - Mighty Mix Superfoods

Love that it came with everything I needed to start growing micro greens. It was a little bit smaller than I imagined but that's fine. Pictures below are of day one day three and day five. You will need to buy more seeds for future growing. I only used half of the pack for the pictures below. They're also very tasty.

This has been so fun to do with my kids this week! Looking forward to buying more seeds and getting some micro greens in their systems! They are so excited to eat what they grew!

My 10 year old son and I had so much fun following the (simple!) directions, "growing" the dirt and then taking care of it day by day. It was fun for both of us to watch the greens growing on a daily basis. I am not a green thumb, in fact I struggle with plants, so I was skeptical but these microgreens are really "fail proof" and make such a great addition to salads and sandwiches. Already planning on giving as a gift!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so interesting, easy and fun to grow these microgreens. I was skeptical that it would work but I was so wrong. Within the second day I could see the tiny sprouts. Third day root hairs could be seen. By the fifth day sprouts were green. The 10th day I was so happy to see the tall sprouts. Unfortunately mold grew so I wasn't able eat them. I will definitely try again and change the area in which they were placed. Overall I will definitely recommend to family & friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if maybe I don't have a green thumb or what but this didn't work for me and the smell of it was disgusting! It didn't grow well it did look like it was.growing mildew or something but the seeds weren't really sprouting and I was watering it like the sheet said... I would have loved for it to work I was really excited and couldn't wait to eat some but it just didn't happen. Maybe it's because I used distilled water? I wouldn't say others shouldn't give it a try I'm just saying it didn't work out for me.

The watering instructions are going to cause you to overwater and kill the microgreens! I would cut watering in half

There is no germination lid. Had to improvise using a lid I already had. The dish is extremely small. Not worth the money.
