Backyard Discovery Buckley Hill Cedar Wood Swing Set, Slide, Play Deck, Rock Wall Ladder

We bought this for our 1 year old and 2.5 year old and they love it. They play on it every single day! The screws did loosen and have to be tightened a bit once used, but definitely a good playset for the money, especially if you are handy with tools as it takes some time to put together. I would not recommend it for older kids since it is a little small.

Very easy to follow directions. It took three of us 6 hours to complete. Being organized with a “system” assembling the pieces/parts made the process easier. It's the perfect size for younger kids. It is very stu rdy!

definitely a whole day project for 2 ppl. One piece of wood was cracked in half. No info on how to obtain a replacement.

I just finished putting this together for my 2 1/2 year old grandson. He loves it! It is very high quality and the materials are very durable. The instructions on how to assemble it were very clear and easy to read. The swings are very durable and well made. He will enjoy this for many years and the price was perfect for what we wanted to spend!

Overal this swing set is awesome. My kids (5 and 3) absolutely love it and it is well worth the money. We added a circle swing on in place of one of the regular swings which they really enjoy. The only issue was in some pieces of the wood, the predrilled holes were placed wrong. It wasn't an issue on most pieces but the bottom piece to help keep the swing set level was completely wrong and you were unable to tell until other pieces were on causing us to have to take it apart to fix. The wood on the “treehouse” part also started peeling on the first day, but my kids do not care. Overall though we love it and I think my kids will enjoy it for years!

When unboxing, the pieces are all stamped with their part number on the ends, which is nice for organizing. The BILT app that you can download is also very handy. Even though the quality was good, we ultimately returned the playset and bought one that was already assembled to save us the time and headache of assembly. If you choose to buy this, make sure you have power tools, drill bits, and plenty of patience.

I like the swing set. One of the wood pieces was missing from the box. It is still usable. If all the pieces were there it would be a 5 star rating.

The problem with this swing set is the assembly. I think it took 8-10 hours to assemble. There are at least 50 different sized fasteners to deal with and the instructions MUST be followed absolutely. For me just dealing with the ? 50 different screws, washers, lock washers, jam nuts, etc. was a daunting task. The fasteners can differ by tiny bits (3/4", 1", 1 1/4", I 1/2", 1 3/4", etc. etc.) Overall it's a nice unit for toddlers but honestly the open swings are unusable by a toddler, so have to get a bucket unit so a toddle doesn't tumble out. Also the swing set can be used probably for ?2 years max, after that your little one (or grand child will quickly out grow it).
