Backyard Discovery Timberlake Cedar Wooden Kids Playhouse, Play Kitchen, Snack Bar Window

My husband put this together and the instructions weren't great, but he was able to find a step by step on youtube. It's great quality and looks like our 18 month old will be able to play with it for years to come! The only thing I would change is the door hinge seems like it might not hold up.

The door has a plastic hinge strip, so plan to replace with a real hinge strip. Also there is a 1" gap inbetween the door and wall. The door stop goes 2" out into the opening so choldren could get hurt. When I notified the company they said the gap is so children don't pinch their fingers. But the trip issue meets safety standards. Told I can remove it if I wish. Then of course with a plastic hinge and no door stop, well it won't last long.

Purchased this on Walmart.com for my 2 year old daughter. Read many reviews about damaged packaging during shipping and broken parts. Very hesistant to buy but decided to try it. To my surprise, the box delivered in perfect condition and no broken parts. Took me about 3 hours to build with no complications. My daughter loves her new little house. I would recommend having one additional person assisting with the setup. Can't beat Walmart's price

This playhouse is exactly what we were looking for in our price range. Our daughter is 6, average height and she can stand up in it with plenty of room overhead. She loves the little door, play phone and stove top. We bought a floor from the Home Depot bargain wood pile for $9 and it's a done deal! Very glad we chose this playhouse.

It took about two hours to assemble and the instructions are written well and all the pieces are labeled. Not sure if the wood is real cedar. All the pieces fit together perfectly and the fully assembled playhouse is very sturdy. I will be interested if it holds up to the weather but all-in-all a great product for the money.

This was a cute playhouse. The wood smells amazing! In the description it said that it took 1 hour to put it together. It took almost 3 hours, but was fairly easy to put together. Most of the assembly you could do with just one person- but some things require 2 people. It is light weight and fairly easy to move. We used it on a parade float and it looked great! My biggest issue was with Walmart and the shipping. On the site when I ordered the house it said it would arrive within 2 days, but when I got the email confirmation it was being delivered 2 days later than promised at check out. It made my time frame very tight, and a little stressful to get it assembled- but it all worked out in the end.

Overall, it's a very cute playhouse. Can't imagine a 10 year old playing in it unless they are very small for their age. My granddaughter is 2 and it's perfect for her. I would not recommend allowing more than 3 2 year olds in the playhouse at one time. But it works perfect for our needs.

Hard to assemble. Parts are not labeled correctly and assembly instructions do not correspond to numbered parts. The process on the installation brochure should be the same as the numbered parts. STEP BY STEP

This was one part of a larger playground build using several items. There are some clever ideas, but the quality is poor. Very few holes are pre-drilled, so you're either drilling a bunch or splitting a bunch. Was going to reach out to the company for some replacement parts, but there would be so many that it wasn't worth the call. Re-engineer this and you've got a better product.

I had it delivered to my home, it was poorly packaged and came apart. I wasn't home when it was delivered, but it was propped against the door, while other pieces were left in the drive way. I haven't even begun to put it together, and I don't know how I can take it back.
