Badger Sleep Balm 2 oz Tin - Lavender and Bergamot

I have been using this product for 14 years. It is lightly scented. When you put it on pulse sights it seems to help in falling asleep easier and helping you sleep longer. I seem to fall back to sleep quicker if I do wake up in thr e middle of the night.

Actually haven't used this yet as I'm still using my nighty night Balm. Which is awesome. Love all your products that I've used… Joint balm Muscle balm night night And sleep balm. Foot balm One or the other every night, depending upon what is going on

I love this stuff! I was skeptical, how could just putting the balm o. pulse points promote sleep? But i yried it and it's amazing. I put it behind my ears, at the base of my throat, and on the insides of my wrists. I usuallly read in bed for a while before going to sleep and the pleasant, soothing scent completely relaxes me. I sleep better than I have in a long time. Highly recommend!

I struggle with restless legs and very sensitive dry skin. This sleep balm has become part of my nightly ritual and has helped ease the discomfort of my RLS. After I shower I apply a small amount to the bottoms of my feet then put on natural fiber socks to seal it in until well absorbed. Massaging into pulse points is also very soothing. I'm an avid badger brand customer and honestly can say they've improved my life in many ways. I am so appreciative of their clean ingredients and brand ethos. I can't recommend enough.

I was extremely skeptical of the product working, as I constantly wake up at 3 AM and remain awake until 5. This product helped to fall asleep quickly, and even when I do wake up at 3 AM, I find myself falling back asleep quickly. And I am not they typical person who would even consider essential oils.

Soothing scent! I apply to my hands, arms, neck, anywhere I feel dry, right before bed. It's a soothing ritual. Smells great and is calming.

I use this for myself as a really effective sleep aid. Then bought sleep balm, baby balm and child balm as great gift for friends who have a newborn and a 3 year old as well.

I really like the scent and feel of the sleep balm. I've rubbed it on my temples and under my nose at night to induce a calming effect. I feel like the scent could be a little stronger.

I am going to Iceland for 3 weeks living in my tent and hopefully backpacking for 4 nights. In June, it is light all night long, and I have trouble sleeping. So far it has worked well at home, so only 4 stars, and I'll let you know when I return how it worked in harsher conditions.

I like to use this on my hands at bedtime!
