i use this for a Dominican Republic tea. if you are ever sick, please make this tea at home. EYEBALL EVERYTHING i don't use measuring cups for this. 1 large pot Fill pot with water add 4 to 5 tea bags lemon ginger tea bags hibiscus tea bags or camomile bags 2 red apple cut in 4. 2 green lemons cut in half few sticks of cinnamon add Anise add cinnamon powder add gloves boiled until the apples turn colors and the lemons are soft. when done squeeze the lemons in the tea. stir and add to a cup add brown sugar or honey delish
