i use this for a Dominican Republic tea. if you are ever sick, please make this tea at home. EYEBALL EVERYTHING i don't use measuring cups for this. 1 large pot Fill pot with water add 4 to 5 tea bags lemon ginger tea bags hibiscus tea bags or camomile bags 2 red apple cut in 4. 2 green lemons cut in half few sticks of cinnamon add Anise add cinnamon powder add gloves boiled until the apples turn colors and the lemons are soft. when done squeeze the lemons in the tea. stir and add to a cup add brown sugar or honey delish

This is a very good product! I use it in teas and juices and it is always great tasting, when I do! Badia is a brand of spices that I use quite often!

cinnamon for health %26 taste
good price on this item. good in warm or hot drinks such as coffee or tea for the health benefits. these fit nicely in a coffee mug.

AMAZING
I make my own probiotic water and every morning I drink boiled probiotic water with lemon's A lemon, peeled garlic, and a Cinnamon stick ! I cannot tell you or stress enough... I don't know if it's the time of year? or what but the strength of that cinnamon is incredible. Even compared to organic. it's way better! the smell is awesome! you can smell the cinnamon in the whole house it's not like that with other brands

Grind up cinnamon for health
I am making a paste for a healthy tea. Epaulets portions of cinnamon and garlic with honey. One teasp per cup. Excellent booster. This needs to be refrigerated and will stay fresh a week
