Premium, high-quality lentils that I enjoy often
Delicious and delectable lentils. I used these in an exotic international dish, and the results were perfect. They have the right amount of chew if cooked properly, and the health benefits of grains have been well established. I look forward to discovering more lentil dishes and incorporating Iberia brand into my ever-expanding kitchen. (And the packaging is beautiful!)

Lentils
Clean, uniform, and cooked up beautifully in my lentil soup. I didn't find any small stones or debris while sorting through them, which sometimes happens with cheap brands. Will buy again!

Iberia Lentils
I'm Italian American %26 these are the only lentils I use. I find them very clean ,easy to rinse ,less time to prepare.I don't have to soak overnight to soften. Excellent source of Protein. Love to add some Pasta to stretch if needed.Ditalini is an excellent choice,grew up on this as a child , continue to serve it today.

Iberia Lentils Are a Quality Delicious Protein
This Ancient grain is very high in protein. In about 1 hr cooks quickly, add oil IBERIA's RECAITO mashed sautéed fresh garlic sweet roasted peppers for stewed side dish or as soup with vegetables Add 1 tspn of sugar for a delicious lentil

Delicious and nutricious.
I've been using these for aome time. Easy to cook up, taste great. Great on their own and Work's well to add to nearly anything: soups, salads, shepherd's pie.
