I have a homemaker that comes in once a week and preps a couple of meals for me. She loves these. So does my husband. if he needs to chop anything..its too much work %26 he buys out. I prefer fresh garlic cloves. Just takes a minute to mince up. This can be a real time saver %26 smell preventer!

Great taste, never "Woody"
I tried using whole garlic and dicing it myself. Being a bit older, the hands just don't want to do that anymore and this is a great alternative! Always fresh tasting, never "woody". I even use for baking my Garlic Cheese Bread, just using the juices!

Caution- Very small jar
Has to be the smallest jar I've ever seen. I saw the price and I must've assumed that it was a regular size. I guarantee I won't make that mistake again.
